Rooms bit old and hotel needs to be renovated. It’s have 4 star but not standard of 2 star. Even no water bottle , coffee and tea bags in the room.

Impeccable structure has now become our fixed stop, I recommend it especially for the price I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality

Manageable walk to train station. Convenient proximity to grocery store. Bathroom shower/tub surface was not safe. Sides sloped to narrow, slippery area. A few anti slip circle stickers had been applied, but they were too small and too few. Glass panel was not secure, no safety bars, yet high side tub walls.

They do not provide even a single Water bottle for incoming guest , complimentary. they must be courtoues to spend 2 Euro

Cheap and nasty. We had booked some weeks ago, but when we arrived at 8.30pm, our rooms had not been allocated. Staff were unhelpful. There were no cups, glasses or tissues in the room and the minibar fridge was not working properly. The bathroom bench was badly cracked and the soft plastic bedhead was gashed. The carpets were old, very faded, thin and stained. There were no tea or coffee making facilities, either in the rooms or in reception. We asked for some cups, as there was nothing in the rooms for us to drink from, and were grudgingly given 2 flimsy disposable plastic cups, yet we found out next morning that there were plenty of glasses right next door to reception in the breakfast room.

This hotel used to be our first choice when staying in Saronno. We've stayed several times and we've experienced the drop in quality and standard in the rooms and breakfast offer. The hotel needs quality control, bathrooms are getting worse every year and food found for breakfast too. The hotel is located close to the motorway and it's not too far from the city centre. A grocery super store is on the other side of the road making this hotel perfectly located in Saronno. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's enough free parking in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean and functional but if toilet and bathroom is important to you when choosing where to stay, there are better hotels for almost the same price in Saronno.

I am very dissapointed with the quality of breakfast. For the first time in a Italian hotels there in such a very unappetizing coffe, poor breakfast (We are a group of tourists), plastic glasses and an unwashed forks. Very inadequate level for a 4-star hotel.

Clean and nice rooms. Rooms are large enough for move freely with bags.... Especially restaurant staff are very kind and helpful... We had Just one night in hotel but so glad to come.. Meals were tasty. Room is clear and bed is so comfortable.

Chose for price and proximity to Milan, Malpensa airport and Como. Getting the train in and out of Milan was fine for a couple of days but the 20minute walk was a tad too much and the hotel could do with a shuttle service. It’s a very basic hotel, we were only there for one night which was fine but I wouldn’t want to base myself there longer. Staff were very polite and helpful when we needed.

This hotel is total disaster! 4 stars?? Excuse me!!! One roll of single layer toilet paper for three people? No glasses,broken fridge ,only one working eletrical outlet. In the hotel restaurant they sell "bottled" water that they fill, which could be noticed by the dirt of the bottle (the bottles are also scratched and visibly old). Also, in addition to the price we paid, breakfast was included. The next morning we were greeted by an unpleasant surprise, the restaurant staff put us minimal amounts of what we demanded with the excuse that we had eaten a lot for breakfast the day before. Shame!

The hotel is clean, pretty new and well furnished. Underground free parking and very nice staff. Itsmy second time there and I would come back.
