Minshuku Umi No Sachi

This was my first experience staying at a guesthouse. What was particularly noteworthy was the cleanliness of the place. It was so clean that I thought cleaning was a hobby of the hostel's family, and I had a comfortable stay. I stayed in a Japanese-style room on the second floor, with a great view of the islands of Kita-Kujukushima and Hirado Island in the distance. I sat in a relaxing chair by the window and stared at the view for hours. The food was as satisfying as other people's reviews and photos. The ingredients were fresh, and I was able to enjoy the seafood to my heart's content, just as the name of the hostel suggests. The sashimi was plentiful, and the thick boiled fish (ara-taki), which was also plentiful, was very delicious, and I drank a lot of sake. And the rice (white rice) was also delicious. The rice was shiny and plump, and while drinking sake, I ate the rice until the rice container was empty. Apparently, the rice was grown by the family themselves. Hats off to them. Both dinner and breakfast are served in the room. Therefore, at dusk, we were able to enjoy our meals while watching the beautiful sunset from our room, killing two birds with one stone. The Japanese-style room on the second floor has a shared toilet and sink. However, there are multiple units and, as mentioned above, it is clean, so we were able to use it with peace of mind. It seems that you can bring your own alcohol, but please contact the inn for details. There is no refrigerator in the room. By the way, the nearest convenience store is more than 10 km away from the inn. If you are coming from Sasebo, turn off National Route 204 onto Prefectural Route 139, cross the bridge, and there is a Yamazaki Daily Store on the right, and a little further on the left there is a 7-Eleven. The husband and wife who run the inn were friendly and easy to talk to, but they were not overly involved, and they treated their guests as professionals at a guesthouse, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing and warm vacation.

２人で１回のバストイレ付和室に宿泊。リニューアルとのことで、広く真新しいお部屋。 九十九島がのんびりと眺められる快適なバルコニーも付いているので、少しのんびりしたく、２連泊。 結果。私の過去Best民宿を更新。 部屋とバスルームはバルコニーに面しているので、どこからでも九十九島の眺めが堪能できた。幹線道路から遠く離れているので騒音など聞こえず、エンジン音と言えば船の音だけ。鳥の声を聴き、穏やかな海を眺め、癒される時間を堪能。 でも午前中は良いが、さすがに８月は暑い。夕方は西日だし。 しかし部屋には巨大なテレビと、それにはAmazonのプライムVIDEOとＨｕｌｕが楽しめた。さらにそれを堪能できる簡易ソファーまであり、もう一日部屋にいても良いくらい快適。部屋に冷蔵庫まであるし。 お夕飯は食べきれないほどのお造り。我々は若くなので、無理に食べるとお腹を壊す。でもお造りは、残すと翌朝食のヅケになる。これが分かっていると、美味しく食べられているうちに無理せず残せるからとても助かる。お造り以外もとても美味しいし！ 宿のご夫婦はとてもご親切な方。ホントにくつろげました。 ありがとうございました。
