I like the pleasantry of the staff. The free breakfast which is more than just muffin and coffee. It was also close to our convention location. Great place to stay.

Excellent staff. New and clean. Great room well appointed and furnished. Appreciate the furniture.

Well we don’t like to close to elevator and we were. Noisy from other patrons in hallway Friday nite….hockey or ringette I think. Could hear from upper floor too… footsteps on floor. Bagels were terrible at breakfast. Buffet was just ok… nothing special. Nice muffins or bacon…. Cut up fruit would be nice too.

Around the hotel could be cleaner. Back door exit should require room key to enter. Only locked after certain hours but pretty open all day for anyone to come into hotel unnoticed. Breakfast could be better. The eggs are all little crumbles and meat is not very appetising Should have stay and play offers for ******

The property was awesome. The only improvement would be to have a restaurant in the building!

Our stay was great. Nice location and hotel. However we were not impressed with the $75.00 non-refundable pet charge. I understand a charge but $75.00 is excessive most pet friendly hotels only charge a $25.00 fee.

I generally was impressed with the property especially the front desk young lady. She was very friendly and went out of her way to help. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she worked days. The one negative thing was that the property has put an outdoor speaker playing music 24/7 outside the property entrance. This speaker is fairly loud and is right outside the window of room 218 which, as luck would have it, was the room I was assigned on arrival. The music could easily be heard within room 218 and made it impossible to sleep. Thus the above noted front desk young lady was very nice and had my room changed. I wish I could remember her name but she deserves a big accolade. However I would always highly recommend this hotel. The young lady at the front desk worked days December 24th & 25th but was off Boxing Day.

Like: room, mattress, shower, soaps, shampoo etc, linens, TV size, breakfast Dislike: we can hear the noise from other rooms when they flushed toilet
