My favourite part of this hotel is the inside garden, the walkways to the restaurant and pool are very pretty. The garden cafe has an amazing breakfast poutine, and the in house starbucks bar was super handy. The staff are all polite. The conference rooms are very cute too, they look like little window shops, which even though we didn’t use them, they were cute. Staff was friendly at all hours of the day. Showers had amazing pressure and lots of hot water. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

Stayed here for a quick overnight trip for a medical appointment and was very happy with our stay. Our hotel was within walking distance of all the appointments as well as our dinner plans. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Pillows were a bit too soft but that seems to be the norm. The hotel was nice and quiet. The parking garage is a bit tight if you have a big vehicle. We had breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed it. All in all, no complaints!

For the hotel with 400 yuan a night, the location, facilities and sanitation are quite good. It is beyond my expectations. The service is not good. It may be because of cheap hotels, so there is nothing in the lobby. People, just one or two people, so what is basically self-help.

Stayed one night while passing through. Decor is modern and up to date. Room was overall clean, and spacious (we had a standard king). Shower was large and had great water pressure. Carpets were clean and I felt comfortable walking with bare feet. The pool was good -water was very warm which was nice since there was no hot tub. Things to improve upon: I wish it had a mini fridge and safe. While the room was overall clean, there were a few scuff marks on the entry way wall that just needed a Magic Eraser. The pool tile around the edge (just above the waterline) was grimy (you could scrape your fingernail through it). The pool bottom was fine (i.e. not slimy or gross/disgusting). I would still come back and stay here again - just a bit more elbow grease is needed in some areas.

Room was nice and clean. Small bathroom. Mini fridge. Lobby is basic with resturant and coffee shop with limited hours. Isn't much close to grab a coffee or snack. Area felt unsafe - If I was alone and venturing out I would stay somewhere else. Elevators were quick. Our kids wanted to stay somewhere with a waterside. We have tried 3 other Saskatoon hotels with waterslides, all lower price points, and by far superior. We decided to give Delta a chance and it was disappointing, and 90% because of the pool area. The pools were cloudy, we couldn't see the bottom, they all had scum floating on top. We had to inconvience a life guard(we only saw her for a few minutes, so not really a life guard like her shirt said) to turn on the waterslide for us. The old tile floor/stairs were stained dirty and looked like a mould problem in many spots. We mostly worried about air quality with the amount of visible mold. You access the pool on the 3rd fl, but then walk down 3 or 4 flighs of stairs to the pool area. Pool wouldn't be feasible with mobility issues. Same stairs used for the waterslide access. Handrail was only on one side of the staircase, which is unsafe considering they are all wet. Will we stay here again? Probably not. Is this hotel showing it's age? Yes

The front desk went out of their way to be helpful. I was quite sure I reserved a room with 2 Queen beds on their website, but to my surprise the reservation said 1 bed. After some back and forth, they were able to get me a room with 2 Queen beds. The room was a good size with the 2 beds, a desk, a good size closet with safe and TV and refrigerator. The bathroom wasn’t large but was good enough with enough counter space for toiletries. The room was clean. The carpet was a little outdated. The outside, out back parking was convenient. I ate breakfast in the restaurant 3 times, each time ordering something different, and all choices were very good. I was told by locals that their Carver steak house is one of the best in Saskatoon. The hotel is in a great location – numerous restaurants are right around the corner and the river is just across the street. It is also a fairly easy walk (maybe 15 minutes) to the downtown that is across the river (down the bridge on Broadway) as well. All in all, I’d stay here again – but if I’ll be sure to check my reservation to make sure what I thought I reserved, is what I reserved.

I was booked here for 4 nights for a conference. We ended up having a staffing emergency that I found out about just hours before I was supposed to leav (due to a coworker having COVID) for Saskatoon. I called the Bessborough and told them that I was unable to come or else our department at the hospital was at risk to close some services. They refused to waive the cancellation fee. I understand it was my issue cancelled that close to check in but I have had other hotels waive the fee in the same situations since they are extenuating circumstances. I asked if I could rebook my 4 nights instead of being charged the fee and they said they would have to pre-charge my card. Very disappointed in the Bessborough's rigid policy and unwillingness to be even a little bit flexible. I would definitely book with a different hotel next time that is more understanding.

We stayed at Staybridge last night and as always the visit was perfect. No complaints regarding staff, room, amenities, breakfast, or comfort. Our only issue was that upon check in we discovered we had no cups, no spoons, and no forks in our room. I called the front desk and was told they would be up shortly. They weren't, so when we went out for dinner I stopped at the front desk and reported it again. She obviously did pass on our concern because when we returned we had 3 styrofoam cups, and some plastic spoons and forks. I would expect that from a budget inn, but not when we were paying over $200 a night. On another positive note, we used the shuttle in the morning and really appreciated the convenience and promptness of the driver. It was a young lady and she was wonderful. We will return.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times with my family it has become our favourite place to stay in Saskatoon because of the full fridge, kitchen area, seating area and spacious bathroom. This trip I would give a 5 star for service alone but there are little things that could be spruced up such as the fridge could use a wipe on the top it was very dusty. The beds the pillows were great but the beds themselves left to be desired and both were noisy and creaky. The walls are very thin in this hotel you will hear a lot of noise. Continental breakfast was back to serve yourself buffet style which I was not really comfortable with yet but personal preference. The staff however like I said absolutely phenomenal. I stayed for an extended stay as I had surgery and was staying for medical reasons. They worked out a medical rate for me which I so appreciate as I love this hotel but the price per night has jumped significantly since my previous stays. Upon checking in we went to enter our room and the keys did not work, went and got them rekeyed and entered our room to find it had smelt like it had been vaped/smoked inside. I phoned down to the front desk to ask if another room was available if not it was okay. The front desk person was more than apologetic and came and met me at the elevator on the floor with new keyed room keys for a new room. I had my parents staying with me as my surgery made it so I could not drive nor lift my arms and they were accommodating to all their requests though my name was on the reservation which I appreciated since I was not very mobile. Housekeeping we didn’t need during our time but we’re always on the floor and coming by as they were back in full force no more COVID protocol of skipping room care. We had them take our garbage and would ask for toilet paper and more towels which was always handled promptly. While staying there a hockey team had checked in and my dad had made conversation with one of the housekeepers who said they designate certain floors for the hockey teams and knew we would need quiet so made sure to have us on a separate floor from them. I tried to post a review on the official marriot website but I can’t find where to do so so I do hope their staff sees the review here somehow. I had to stay at other hotels during this surgery as I had appointments in Regina and Saskatoon and this hotel with their staff and cleanliness FAR exceeded the hotel I stayed at in Regina.

Excellent
张张Breakfast is average, it is quite good compared to Canada. Good location, free parking, very safe. The surrounding environment is good and quiet. The front desk service is superb. Suitable for children, there is a swimming pool.
My kids and I went on a little road trip to Saskatoon and stayed here as it was between the sites we wanted to see and in the right price range. We had a two bedroom/1 bathroom room with a minifridge and microwave. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. Underground parking is available if you'd like. There was an EV charger but, it was broken unfortunately. The pool has a waterslide that my kids enjoyed. There is a waffle maker station for the breakfast which was a big hit.
MMcKenzieHad a great stay! The neighbours weren’t noisy at all, nobody roamed the hallways late at night, and the service was great. You are able to adjust the room temperatures fairly quickly, the shower head had great pressure (as well as the toilet LOL), and they provide a lot of towels already in the room! The beds were comfy, different fluffiness of pillows, and comfortable bedding. Kids had fun at the water slide/hot tub, lots of parking spaces available, and good food. Definitely recommend this place since it has great pricing as well!
5512deidrekMyself, my fb & his brother booked two rooms for a family funeral. My bf’s other brother & his gf, who arrived a day after we did, requested a room close to us. They were simply told “no”. Not “I’m sorry, there isn’t anything available.” Just “no”. They were also charged $13 for parking while we were not! You could tell it’s an older hotel but has been renovated nicely. It was very clean and the bed was comfy, which is most important. We were not in the West Wing, but in the main hotel. Was quiet as well, also important. We found the room warm but you could not open a window. Just a small slat could be opened at the bottom of the window. It did not provide much relief but we were comfortable enough. The bathroom did not have a fan! Nice Irish pub 20 steps from the hotel lobby. Very nice restaurant off lobby as well. Over all it was an ok stay, but wasn’t impressed with how our other family member was treated, so wouldn’t stay here again.
GGuest UserI stayed at that hotel with my husband one night in May (road trip to Edmonton from Ottawa). The hotel does not look much but it ended up being perfectly fine; the room was clean, even though the hotel is on a busy road the room was quiet and a very nice breakfast was included. The personnel was very pleasant. I ended up forgetting a pair of prescription glasses in the room and when I call the next day to indicate that I would not go back to Saskatoon as we were flying back home from Edmonton to Ottawa, the gentleman offered to mail them to me no charge through Canada Post!
I stayed here for two nights because I wanted to stay in a place downtown that wasn't a chain. Some positives were... 1. Very nice lobby, you can literally feel the history in the air. The hallways are extremely wide for a hotel and have old couches and chairs. It kind of takes you back in time. 2. Walking distance of practically everything. We rented a car and we didn't even use it. We also walked to the Ukrainian Museum of Canada, the Prairie Lily, as well as walked through a lot of Saskatoon's riverfront parks. 3. Winston's Pub, that connects to the hotel, has 76 beers on tap. I went there every night and it was awesome. It's also historic-looking in it's own right and really made staying here fun. 4. I never used it, but there was this awesome patio on the second floor that gave you a nice view of the city. Then some negatives... 1. You can't get around it -- Saskatoon does have a homeless problem. But so do most North American cities and the homeless in Saskatoon never bothered me. That being said all the doors are locked at all times and when you first get there you have to ring the bell to let you in. I admit, this was a little intimidating but once I got my key card I could just use it whenever I went through the door and it was no longer a problem. 2. The hotel could use some updating. The lighting wasn't the best in the bathroom and there weren't a lot of places to hang towels and whatnot. Then some neutrals... 1. Parking is quite limited, but they do warn you on the website. I was able to park there fine and nobody bothered my car (unlike what I saw in other reviews). Just don't leave anything in your car that's worth taking and you should be fine. 2. The breakfast is nearly non-existent. That being said, I didn't recall the website telling me there was a breakfast so it wasn't a big deal. Additionally, I didn't decide to stay downtown just to eat a generic hotel breakfast. There are plenty of breakfast spots around (if during the week) and I found this bakery that had a really good breakfast. Overall, I gave them 4/5 mainly because of the 2 issues I mentioned above. Don't let other reviews dissuade you, I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again if I was in Saskatoon.
ZZHIYONGStayed here for four days, almost all foreigners waiters, frequent residents have made friends, look up not see bow, not familiar with embarrassed.
This small hotel is small, there is no elevator, luggage needs to be moved up and down by yourself, the overall style is really like airbnb, breakfast dining box is ready to write the room number and put it in the refrigerator, bake bread, tea and coffee casually, eat the plate into the sink can be. The restaurant and the basement buffet kitchen refrigerator, oven, microwave, tableware are all available, really super convenient. The service is basically not to talk about, but it is still very good to take the initiative to help me keep the luggage from the airport and return it to me.
The room is small in size, the heating inside is superb, you can wear shorts vest, much warmer than the Park Town I later lived in and Holiday inn Express.
The room and bathroom are really clean. It is snowy outside. People enter and exit. As a result, they wore disposable slippers for four days and ran around the hotel. When they left, the soles were still clean.
All the foreigners I met were very nice. When I was talking to breakfast, I heard that I was worried about going home. I was always comforting and helping out ideas.
The first time I stayed at a hotel with shared bathrooms, I was not used to wanting to change a house quickly. Later, I gradually adapted to and even liked this hotel. If I have to stay in Satun before going back, I will continue to choose here.
The main problem is poor sound insulation.
YYONGQINGWestern-style breakfast, basically the same. No extra beds and free parking. When staying in Canada, except for Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver, locations need to be considered. Other cities rarely need to consider location. Take Saskatoon as an example, passing through the city in ten minutes! !!
