Arriviamo in questo hotel in tarda notte dopo disavventura e totale mancanza di serietà in altra struttura. Malgrado l'ora ci accolgono con cortesia. Forse mobilio un po' datato. Aria condizionata eccessivamente rumorosa. Prezzo onesto.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, mit dem besten Rezeptionisten seit Jahren. Herr Pier-Luigi hilft mit enormem Wissen ausgezeichnet weiter. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann zu Fuss alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet und freundliches Personal. Ein Hotel zu finden, das auch noch eigene Parkplätze mitten in Sassari anbietet ist ein Glückstreffer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

L'hotel dichiara di avere 3 stelle e forse le aveva 30 anni fa ma oggi ne ha 1 di stella. Le camere sono vecchie, transadate: lenzuola strappate, tenda bucata, mobili vecchi, il letto matrimoniale è composto da due materassi di diversa altezza di cui uno completamente sfondato. Aria condizionata assente o guasta. In qualche camera funziona ma solo dopo le 18 perché prima la tengono spenta. Condizioni igieniche precarie. Colazione da dimenticare (caffè terribile, molto meglio il bar di fronte). Per fortuna il personale è gentile. Se si viene a Sassari questo hotel va evitato, certamente ce ne sono altri migliori o, quanto meno, puliti e rimodernati. Un peccato.

Rimane invariato il giudizio sulla cortesia del personale ma niente è cambiato nella cura delle camere. Eppure basterebbe poco. Un pò di attenzione tipo incollare la tappezzeria strappata, mettere un phon funzionante e cambiare le rubinetterie, aggiungere qualche presa di corrente oltre a quella scomodissima dietro la scrivania, ma soprattutto pulire gli split dell'aria, davvero inguardabili.

Le tre stelle resistono solo per la posizione centrale e comoda rispetto ai luoghi centrali da raggiungere , e per un prezzo onesto , commisurato al servizio offerto. Ha sicuramente bisogno di un restiling, ci sono ancora le chiavi alle porte, arredamento un po’ spartano , reception poco accogliente , per non parlare del phon, poco funzionale e brutto da vedere

Insomma, il pavimento poteva essere più pulito, ho camminato scalzo e nei piedi mi si sono attaccati capelli lunghi e neri che non potevano decisamente vedere i miei. Con l'aria condizionata accesa sembrava di avere un aereo in fase di decollo all'interno della stanza.
Infine la colazione veramente misera e triste
