We absolutely loved our stay at Valdonica. The views are breathtaking, the pool area is extraordinary, the restaurant serves the best food we’ve has in Italy so far. The breakfast was delicious and it was amazing ro sit on the patio and enjoying the view! Manuela made sure we had everything we need and took extra good care of us. We also really enjoyed the wine tour and tasting with Lorenzo. What an amazing stay at Valdonica, couldn’t want anything more to celebrate pur 20th anniversary. Highly recommend the residence and the restaurant!

Abbiamo trascorso una serata indimenticabile! Posto suggestivo, un team super accogliente, preparato e disponibile! Un vino dì altissima qualità e un tagliere ricchissimo dì prodotti tipici toscani! Consigliato sia per un weekend all’insegna del relax totale immerso nel verde sia per una cena o un aperitivo fuori dal Comune! Un abbraccio speciale a Shada! ❤️

Wir haben auf unserer Toskana Rundreise zwei Nächte im VALDONICA übernachtet. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur toll. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind super sauber. Der Ausblick ein Traum. Das Restaurant war super lecker und preislich sehr fair. Auch auf Wünsche die nicht auf der Karte standen, wurde eingegangen. Einfach nur toll!! Wir waren auf unserer Reise in einigen Unterkünften, die preislich deutlich teuerer waren aber keine Unterkunft konnte mit diesem Hotel mithalten. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt hier.

Valdonica is our favorite place in Maremma. We come here every year and never leave disappointed. The food is amazing, the staff is great and the view is exceptional. Looking forward to come back. The different wines are brilliant and the nature is stunning.

Welcoming was magnificent, as the view where we taken to admire, whit the welcoming rose vine. Unforgettable!
Only after that we where signed in. So nice and easy.
Staff was nice and helpfull, everything was clean. Tasting dinner with the owner remains in our mind very long time.
The place is amazing, go there!

Traumhafter Blick von dem neu errichteten Gästehaus eines Weinguts über die Hügellandschaft der Maremma und die Weinhänge (bei gutem Wetter bis zum Meer nach Elba und Giglio). Schöne Zimmer / Appartements (kleine Küche, Minibar mit eigenem Wein) mit Balkon und Aussicht. Tolles Essen, toller Wein aus eigenem Anbau! Nettes Personal. Weinproben, schöner, ruhiger Salzwasserpool mit tollem Blick, Kaffeevollautomat, Wasserspender und Kühlschrank mit Selbstbedienung, lokale Produkte, viele gute Tipps!

Seconda esperienza, lo scorso anno aperitivo con amici, quest’anno ho deciso di provare la ristorazione. Il 10 agosto serata ottima, struttura e posizione bellissime. Ristorazione con prezzi medio alti, in linea con la struttura, servizio e cucina non all’altezza, peccato serata che ha lasciato l’amaro in bocca.

Very nice place for holidays. View is amazing. Specially from main building and from !pool! Receptionist Manuela is one of the best of all. No any problem too hard for her to solve! And if you visit this place, winery tour must be included! Winemaker, who is tour guide, is young but very motivated, highly educated and makes this tour very interesting. Lot of new nolidges from winemaking process we got from him. The prices feels a bit high compare with other but its not waisted miney, for sure Wines are very good, specially grand cru. Personally not sure about not filtered sparkling wine quality. But everybody can try and give own opinion
