Following our recent call, I must express my disappointment with the property. My family and I were not satisfied, and I have already informed the property owner The property is far from acceptable; it resembles a "teen टापरी" (makeshift hut). The hygiene and cleanliness, especially outside the rooms, are severely lacking. I kindly request you to provide me with the complaint number and process a full refund as soon as possible. I had to wait for over an hour outside my room for confirmation from customer representative, who mentioned she needed senior management approval. I cannot afford to spend the entire day waiting due to your internal processes or the property owner's stance. Moreover, due to poor network coverage at the property, I am unable to call you again to discuss this matter further.
