Hotel on the Rocks

First of all location of hotel is very far away from main road. I ordered dinner at hotel, the panner was rotten smelling. Hotel manager also agreed. Rooms mattress are not in good condition 10 years old mattress. I had back pain due to mattress. My worst hotel experience. If possible grant me refund for this booking. Food was third class.

The room ac was not working, the bathroom was not clean either. It was a okay types room, no network or signals coming on phone, & 9 kms before mahabaleshwar

The location of the property is behind the mapro garden. A very well maintained property, the staff members are really very helpful. Food is very tasty just like homemade n hygiene is maintained do not order anything from outside you will regret. Sagar and laves h caretaker of the property are really helpful with everything you need. Clean n nature connect location of the property i will definitely visit again n again to this property with my whole family. I bet once you visit to on the rocks you won't go any other place.

Privacy concern. Not safe of weekdays for couple/female as the rooms are not occupied.

It has homely vibe and the staff is so helpful l laves h bhai made our stay so comfortable.

Property is behind the mapro garden abiut 400 mtrs, entry in lil small n tight for suvs. Rooms are maintained good n tidy. Property offers good quality food. Hot water has timings and parking space is sufficient
