Nivant Hill Resort Satara

The location is good. The views are very good. But you cannot enjoy the viewes from the balcony (which is of good size) because of monkeys. Rooms are poor compare to the price they charge per night. The photos showed are old. The furniture of the rooms are starting to break. Bathroom shown in the website was good but in reality it was bad. Food is decent. Staff are cordial but the service is poor. Nobody came for luggage during checkin and check out. We had to carry our own luggage. We had booked for two days so we had decent quantity of luggage. The tv was not working and it got resolved the next day. The intercom was provided the next day i had requested for a cake and some decoration as it was my wife's birthday. The did that very well.

Location is excellent but the property is dilapidated and needs major renovation. Taps dripping continuously, cracks on walls.

Hotels is average, but best among-st the hotels in proximity. Food is delicious. Rooms should be maintained.

The place is beautifully located on the edge of a cliff and offers excellent views of the valley below. Rooms were very average and not really maintained all that well. Rooms have poor sound proofing and all the noise from the restaurant below can be heard loudly in the rooms.

Location is great. Roads are fantastic. Scenic views. Coming to property room was very small. switch boards were broken. Toilet faucets taps did not function well. Food was okay. hygiene was poor. I did not feel unsafe..
