After visiting to the Mahabaleshwar Temple, we stooped by this restaurant at Hotel Savera (Pure Veg) for lunch. Hotel looked clean and hygienic at the first glance, which I’d liked most. This Hotel is run by the owner @Abhijeet Mahableshwarkar and his family itself, all are humble people. They have female staff members, who are friendly and service is prompt. We ordered, “Maharashtrian Thali” for our lunch and Tea. Their thali consisted, Wheat Chapats (2 pieces) Steamed Rice or Bhaat (1 small plate) Yellow Dal or Varan (1 cup) Sprouts or Matki chi bhaji (1 cup) Potato in gravy or Aloo Rassa (1 cup) Salad or Kachumber (1 tbsp) Pickle or Achhar (1 tsp) Fried Urad Papad (1 small) Special Chutney, Owner’s Mom’s Special Recipe (made from peels of fresh sponge gourd, green chilies and white sesame seeds) Butter Milk or Chaas (1 small glass) Gulab Jamun (1 small) As we’ve not stayed here I don’t know about the staycation facilities here.
