Not many staff, no staff clean the beach in the morning

The food says it closes at 10.00 in the morning, but the food has been in since 9.00. and there was no refilling of the food and no plate of food. Customers must eat all the toast without butter and jam. The coffee maker was broken. Fresh milk is gone. No filling. What a beautiful hotel. The staff were so kind and attentive. I stayed here with my husband, and my brother and his wife. It was just so perfect. The pool really is something else, it is amazing. I fully intend to return here in the future. Everything was so clean, the pool, gardens, and the rooms. Thank you for making it so special.

We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Breakfast is in Thai style, there are vegetables, fruits and Thai food. 7/11 store is the closest, fruit, catering next to the Ambassador. There is a store next to the hotel on the map, in fact there is none. There is a free electric car to the highway. On the beach they sell fruits, fish, corn, shrimp. Nearest cafe, take a free electric car to the highway and walk 50 meters to the right (opposite side from Ambassador). Prices are the same as everywhere else, close, tasty. The sea is clean for Pattaya, but there is garbage floating around. The rooms are huge. The furniture is not functional. Several times we asked to kill mosquitoes at the reception. There are no chairs or a table on the balcony, and it is not isolated from neighboring balconies. Taxi via the bolt app 160 baht to the center.

I really liked the hotel, the location is very good, the hotel is quite large and incredibly beautiful, a very large pool, but we were very surprised by the clean, chic beach and clear water. Wonderful hotel on the first line. The room was 2218 with shower, bath, terrace, safe. They didn't take tax-free. Good wi-fi on the beach too. Towels and robes were changed every day. The staff is responsive. Breakfast is a buffet, a variety of dishes - chicken, fish, pork, rice, caskets, steamed vegetables.

We rested together with our son. If you don’t find fault with little things, the hotel is what you need! I recommend it to lovers of a relaxing holiday, who by chance had to go on vacation to Pattaya. We came for 6 days and really liked it here. The hotel can be called authentic, design in national style, photogenic, very beautiful pool. The sea is not great compared to the islands, but this is the best sea in Pattaya, you can swim. All quibbles about outdated furniture are for the picky. The only thing that bothered us was the expensive price tag for drinks and food, no matter how much we liked the hotel, we had to go into the city to eat, and at times we really wanted not to leave here (the hotel is many times more expensive than the cafes nearby)

DorShaDa I am writing a review for February 2023. This is the second trip to Pattaya, the first was to the Wangamat Privasi Hotel in 2016. The vacation impressions from Wangamat Beach were spoiled and I didn’t want to come here anymore. But this year we decided to try it anyway. We flew from Kemerovo for 7 hours; at Utopao airport we checked in and received our luggage in one fell swoop. I was met by a guide from Anex and handed a SIM card. We were brought to the hotel at 14:30, check-in immediately. The room is excellent (1203), sea view (a little visible). Everything in the room is in accordance with the specifics of such hotels... not new, but clean and working. Breakfast is excellent, starts at 07 and ends at 10 am. I liked the beach, the sea is warm, there are a lot of sunbeds. People are practically invisible. In general, I definitely recommend the hotel! When leaving the hotel to the left, near the Ambassador Hotel, there are exchange offices, convenience stores, and cafes. Rate 1dol-0.33 baht.

I'll start with the pros, this is a secluded vacation, there are no crowds of tourists, the beach is clean and almost always empty, no one occupies sun loungers in the morning)) In general, we had the feeling that we were relaxing in the hotel alone, and only at breakfast it was clear that there are a lot of guests in the hotel! We also really liked the pool, for the first time in my life I wanted to swim in the pool more than in the hot sea)) The pool is located in a beautiful muddy garden with flowering trees, decorated with figures of elephants and dragons, etc. There is a children's area with a jacuzzi and a view of the sea. In general, very colorful! Our room was in a luxury building, on the second floor overlooking the garden and the neighboring hotel! The room itself is very spacious, clean, the furniture is old but good quality, the refrigerator worked properly. The bed was changed once in 10 days, cleaning was not carried out every day, we put the garbage out the door, then it was quickly taken away) The breakfasts were quite decent, there was enough of everything. Now the cons. With the onset of darkness, life in the hotel literally stops! Even the lights are turned off, there is darkness and silence all around! We are lovers of layered holidays, but even we were bored) But the most important disadvantage is the distance from shops, cafes and infrastructure! In the hotel itself, you will pay quite a bit of money for dinner if you find someone who will cook it for you, and it’s not worth it, believe me! It's not tasty! In general, the hotel has some problems with preparing food after sunset)) Even the bar closes! Walking in the heat to the nearest store and cafe is about 3 kilometers away. I rarely pass by tuk-tuks, so we took a taxi! Once we had dinner at a nearby hotel, it was delicious and beautiful + we watched an evening show! In general, we were pleased with our vacation, because the main thing is that we were with our family in this beautiful country where we want to return, but next time I will choose a hotel that will be closer to the infrastructure!

We vacationed in this hotel even before COVID-19 times. The hotel is simply beautiful, the breakfast is excellent. The location is not very good, the fact is that the "glutton row" is very far from the hotel. You need to go to the Ambassador and then you just find yourself on a street with gluttonous rows. The beach is gorgeous! Room service is very good, towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned.
