Very clean and friendly breakfast was great! There was only one day they didn’t come in and clean our room but other than that it was great. Will definitely stay again if we ever come back!

Lin at the front desk is very good! She is gentle, beautiful and generous! Responsible! Auntie is very careful about hygiene! And thoughtful fruits!

The room is big! The sanitary facilities are OK! The geographical environment is too noisy and the service is too bad!

The hotel booked for our driver, with free parking, is quite cheap for this location, after all, the price of this part of the hotel has increased a lot, and the facilities of this hotel are not bad.

The overall appearance of the hotel looks okay. The hall looks cozy and small. The overall feeling is relatively old, but the environment is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is also good and quite satisfactory.

They are all in batches, not cheap!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and very quiet. The breakfast is also very good. Most other hotels did not have a normal breakfast during the epidemic. This seems to have just begun to restore a richer breakfast. Parking is free.

They offered airport shuttle and it never got there, so had to look for another way to go to the airport and almost lose the flight. Not reliable.

I only stayed one night for a long layover. The rate is cheap, room is comfy, free breakfast, and the staff during the day were very sweet. They even kept my luggage for a few hours after check out so I can explore Salem at no charge! It's about 19 min from BOS Logan airport. I would recommend this stay and will stay here again if I'm in town.

I just had major surgery and collapsed to the floor. The front desk girl, with our permission, helped my boyfriend get me to our room and stayed with me so he could move our car. I wish I had gotten her name but she was exactly what superior guest service is.

we arrived around 2 a.m. and a different room was made available to the one we booked, I was very upset.

I would love to say the staff here is amazing! I had a horrible thing happen the car I rented broke down as I was ready to attend a wedding, I flew in to be a part of. I was frantic and the car rental place couldn't help me out till next day and I had to get there asap! The staff quickly helped me called me a taxi and took me to another rental company that could help out. Thank you kindly for helping me at least I got to the reception part but unfortunately, I missed the wedding. Your Staff was amazing just a simple care was given and a thousand apologies for something that wasn't even their fault!

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip & it was a pretty terrible experience. The room was lacking in cleanliness (hair in the shower & nightstands needed to be wiped down). Both nights there were kids running through the hallways late at night and people loudly sitting in the main dining area after midnight. The first night I tried calling the front desk and no one answered, so I walked down. There was one person working (he said) and when I asked about the kids running around and all of the loud partying so late (at this point is was 12:30 a.m.) I was told that people in the hotel can do whatever they want. Okay, noted. I asked about a manager's contact info since he said he was the only person working and he didn't give it to me and just said "they will be here in the morning"--he was still the only person working when I left for the day. The second night was more of the exact same. It's clear this hotel doesn't care about the quality of sleep their guests get, or about having any sort of standards, and I will never stay again.

I left not even 1 hour after checking into the property. We were told the internet was down so we couldnt get room keys. The room was absolutely disgusting, stains on the sheets, flickering lights, and long HAIR on shower curtain. Horrible horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
