Great stay while I was here

Good!

Functional hotel, 30 minutes from the airport and still affordable in the Boston area. No breakfast, just coffee in the lobby in the morning. Couldn't use the hairdryer because there was a short circuit in the socket. The beds creaked when I turned over. My room was very noisy because it was right next to the highway.

Staff was VERY VERY sweet the entire time we were there. There was a lot of sketchy foot traffic in and out of the ****** and the property could definitely use a renovation as the vents and property looked a little outdated. We did enjoy our stay!

It was a good stay but, the remote kept losing the batteries Because they was no back, the ac unit didn't work, and later in the evening the hall smelt of cigar smoke.

Still waiting for my refund the front desk told me they cancelled my stay her name was ana and now it says completed she said I couldn’t stay because of my credit card was not acceptable because it’s from chime and still waiting for refund or email of refund no one will answer

I think the sheets were not changed before we arrived, they looked dirty and stained of something such as blood and i found a big hair in between the sheets

My room had a broken shower head and it sprayed everywhere after turning on. I was switched to another room and that room had a strong smell of cigarettes. The heat also blew out cool air in both rooms. I would not stay at a red roof inn ever again.

Very noisy due to thin walls and love and rooms not very clean. Didn’t feel very safe or have a good nights sleep first night so we didn’t stay the second night. Will not stay here again.

They use satellite for the TV so if the satellite is not working, you have no television that’s the only drawback I can see right now

I liked the fact that there are so many stores around as well as the staffs.

This hotel is not a good one. My 4-year-old nephew found a crack pipe in the room. There could have been more but we didn't stick around to see. i took pictures and told management because I paid through a third party they refunded me 40$ of my 349$. Please don't stay here with your children or elderly grandmother.
