They gave away our two rooms for two nights!!!! I booked these rooms weeks in advance on the hotels app. We arrived at noon to see if we could get an early check in. This wasn’t possible, that was fine. We were going to an event downtown and asked if we could keep car in lot as we’re were taking Uber. That was fine. We said we would be back late and they said no problem. We got back they had no record of our rooms. I showed them the confirmation then suddenly they said my reservation was cancelled by a front desk staff member and there was no rooms for us as the hotel was full. After standing at the front desk for an hour they found us ONE room. We talked to the front desk staff for another 2.5 hours until 1:00 in the morning…. they found rooms but they needed to be cleaned and then I could get my second room then magically they didn’t have these rooms anymore. THE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED AT. Don’t trust your booking confirmation. Go to another hotel.
