Tout y est, chambre de caractère magnifique avec tissus tendu sur les murs, parfaitement insonorisée, meublée avec goût. Équipement haut de gamme, literie, salle de bains, climatisation, machine à café, mini bar …. Petit déjeuner tout à fait exceptionnel pour 25 €, avec des produits locaux délicieux. Le spa est quant à lui exceptionnel également, on peut y passer une demie journée sans ennui aucun. Personnel très sympathique et prévenant. Bref un séjour 5 étoiles, bien au dessus en qualité d’un séjour en hôtel 4 étoiles. Bon rapport qualité prix, nous y reviendrons.

Un magnifique séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel avec un très beau jardin et un spa très agréable. Pour le restaurant pourquoi que 2 étoiles au Michelin ? La qualité du repas,les saveurs des mets sont de très grande qualité . Que ce soit à l’hôtel ou au restaurant le personnel est à l’écoute ,chaleureux et très professionnel A découvrir absolument

Un séjour très agréable et reposant dans cette maison. Le personnel est aux petits soins et le spa d'un niveau rare. Le restaurant la côte d'Or est un délice.

Le Relais Bernard Loiseau mérite d être connu. Le personnel de l hôtel et du restaurant est très attentionné sans être omniprésent. Notre chambre donnait sur le jardin donc très calme. Les différents plats du dîner étaient délicieux, très fins. Beaucoup de choix au niveau du petit déjeuner. Un tour au spa permet de se détendre en profitant des différentes activités proposées. Malheureusement la pluie ne nous a pas permis de profiter du jardin. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir prochainement dans votre très sympathique établissement.

As we usually stay in Raleigh & Chateaux establishments, we have chosen this hotel with the 2*Michelin. Un fortunately the welcoming in reception was a shambles. Although we have reserved a Junior Suite, we were pushed in a small old room, with a small bed. Only after lot of arguments, with people who hardly speak english( 5* hotel), including the reception manageress, we got a nice newly renovated big suite. It gave a very bad taste to the visit. We were directed to the spa, but no sings in English. On first attempt, there was no one in the spa area to explain how to get to the new pool area. On the second attempt, there was a lady, no English, and not directing properly again . Thanks to our initiative we found it, very nice spa! After all those incidences, they tried to amend things. The Gourmand restaurant is amazing!! The food, service and the chef are excellent. All in all, a good hotel, but need to improve the reception service and language barrier.
