There was a huge mixup with booking a room based on pics on Trip.com website vs what I ended up with upon arrival Basically booked a jacuzzi room and got a plain room. The hotel bent over backwards to try to accommodate me...as it was unavailable and they reduced my room rate for the first night and put me into the jacuzzi room the 2nd night without any higher charge either What an amazing staff!!

We had a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is convenient. There are several decent restaurants in the area. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. The hotel serves a good hot breakfast with a variety of foods.

The A/C in the room was making so much noise we couldn’t sleep at night. Bathroom was not clean as well. Wouldn’t book there again.

Overall our stay was good. Rooms were equipped fine but in our room the bathroom fan did not work and the coffee maker I thought was broken, turned out it was not plugged in behind the cabinet.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Rooms are compact and clean. Hot and cold breakfast offerings. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was very clean, polite good service even the lady who prepared breakfast was able to commodate us when we had to leave early saturday morning...excellent service...good area mall, restaurent all around.

My husband got to the hotel and there was no reservation for his room. he had to book again so we better not be charged twice. Cancel your booking.

I would recommend this property to all, the price is great and the hotel is clean and well taken care of. The beds are comfortable and pillows are great.

Check in and out was simple and quick, the room was clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

It was great that they had a conference room that my family could all meet in downstairs. Their all the time coffee and morning breakfast was also excellent.

This is the forth time we stayed at this property and we've generally been very happy with it. The check-in/check-out process is smooth, the rooms are decent, the beds are comfy, the breakfast is on par with other similar hotels, and the staff are friendly and available. This time around there were some cleanliness issues in our unit. We haven't had an issue before so this may have been a one-off. Also, the shower/bath plug didn't properly seal so you couldn't bathe, and the toilet kept running for about 5 minutes after flushing (playing with the flusher didn't help). As I said above, we've never had this problem before so maybe we just got the lemon room?

Quick access from Great Northern Road coming to and from Thunder Bay. More variety in breakfast options would be great, but presented with care to cleanliness.

Very clean, close to stores and restaurants definitely will go back
