Excellent accueil. Personnel charmant et disponible. Situation géographique permettant de visiter tres facilement le centre historique de Saumur. Chambres bien isolées et d'une propreté irréprochable. Tres bonne literie. Excellente expérience qui nous incite à revenir dans cet établissement .

Stayed at this small hotel while touring Loire Valley. It’s a good location for accessing various castles in the area(Saumur castle was closed day we were there). Saumur is a pleasant little town with a medieval center worth an hour of walking. The hotel was pleasant enough but not particularly luxurious. We had a 3rd floor attic room which was large. We found the bed a bit hard but that’s subjective. Bathroom was nice but beware a big step up to get into the tub might be an issue for those with mobility problems. The room was too warm even though it wasn’t hot outside. We could not locate an individual thermostat. Agree with those who recommend getting parking but beware it is in a very cramped courtyard. Breakfast was very nice. I’m not sure there are any other more upscale properties in. Saumur so would probably stay here again. It certainly was priced very reasonably

Very nice local hotel in Saumur. Very friendly staff, recognised that the small room at the top floor under the ceiling was a bit too low for a Dutch guy like me and gave me another, larger room with a proper shower in stead of a bath. Typical French breakfast, simple, but good. Will certainly return.

Tolles Hotel. Super gelegen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Superschönes Interieur mit altem Flair. Zimmer super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tips fürs Abendessen waren spitze da hoteleigenes Restaurant Montags geschlossen ist. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Extrême gentillesse du personnel. Grande chambre bien agencée. Minibar rempli ( ce sui devient très rare). Climatisation individuelle , bon éclairage de la chambre. Bon petit déjeuner . Journal du jour disponible à la reception. Parking intérieur appréciable.

Très bel hôtel dans Saumur. Personnel courtois et disponible. Chambre confortable et bien équipée: avons apprécié le frigo et la machine à espresso directement dans la chambre. Le spa et la piscine: un plus! Très bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande chaleureusement.

As usual excellent service - we have stayed at hotel regularly over the years. I found that thd shower tray in room 211 was quite slippy however. Just worth bearing in mind for older visitors. Staff are very friendly and remember us each visit.
