Hotel molto carino. Ovviamente Chitwan è un Parco naturale 100% wild, pertanto il lusso di cui parlo è proporzionato al contesto. Ho visto altri hotel intorno ed il nostro offriva anche una vista meravigliosa sul fiume con piscina e piccolo giardino ristoro. Di notte si possono vedere anche i rinoceronti proprio nella riva del fiume davanti a cui sorge l’hotel. Sono stati gentili e disponibili con noi, anche a cambiamenti di pietanze. La cucina è buona, la colazione molto variegata. Le camere carine, non grandissime ma molto carine e dotate di aria condizionata ben funzionante. Servizio di pulizia camera quotidiano garantito, con cambio di asciugamani. Potete richiedere a qualunque ora the, caffè e qualunque cosa, anche con servizio in camera. Posizione strategica al massimo per accedere alle varie escursioni. Consigliato! Very nice hotel. Obviously Chitwan is a 100% wild natural park, therefore the luxury I am talking about is proportionate to the context. I saw other hotels around and ours also offered a wonderful view of the river with a swimming pool and small refreshment garden. At night you can also see rhinos right on the bank of the river in front of which the hotel is located. They were kind and helpful with us, even with changes to dishes. The cuisine is good, the breakfast very varied. The nice rooms, not very large but very nice and equipped with well-functioning air conditioning. Guaranteed daily room cleaning service, with change of towels. You can request tea, coffee or anything at any time, even with room service. Extremely strategic position for accessing the various excursions. Advised!

The location of the hotel and their hospitality staff is well mannered. But our experience in staying in the hotel was very bad. I was traveling with my 4 year old son. We checked in into the hotel room which was flooded with AC drain water. On request they changed the room but soon there was power outage since 6:00 pm. On approaching the reception several times there was no relief. ACs were not working and rooms were not having fan. Finally at 11:00 pm when we approached the reception to give us some solution for the same. The maintenance person started misbehaving with my sis in law and soon there was son of the owner who used the abusive language and crossed the personal space of my sis in law. He also informed the hospitality staff to throw our bags out of the room. Such behaviour being in the hospitality industry is not expected. My experience with the owner's son and maintenance staff was very disrespectful.

Avoid booking this resort as it offers a Pathetic subpar experience. It is considered one of the worst resorts we have come across, with poorly trained staff, lack of hospitality, disrespect towards customers, and low-quality food despite being labeled as luxurious. The owner, Dayaram, shows no concern once you have made a reservation, providing zero customer service and displaying arrogance by acting as if he is the president of the Chitwan area.

I checked in on 29th May 24.There was fluctuation in the grid power right from the check in and their standby generator was also unstable. The weather was very hot and humid. After trying to sleep but could not so I went to the reception to enquire. There were some ladies and a man already discussing the issue. When the desk staff was unable to give a proper reply they asked him to call someone superior. Suddenly a person appeared and started abusing the ladies using the F word and asked them to get out of the property in the middle of the night. I too protested the language and attitude. And then, he suddenly disappeared without offering any solution. I felt like a captive for the night without any option of a bail out.

Very poor maintenance of rooms and highly rude staff. The owners are ready to throw you out of the hotel in case you even raise any complaint that too at night 12AM. It does not matter if you are with a kid or a baby. Guests were very polite until the owners came and started misbehaving with the guests. So the situation escalated just because the owners thought they can provide substandard service by threatening guests upto a point where they can be thrown out at that moment. Issue was only that Airconditioners in all the rooms were not working for more than an hour and it was very hot and humid upto a point of suffocating, with no provision of even fans in any of the rooms. And there was no maintenance of rooms as the Airconditioners were dripping water inside the rooms. This hotel is very unsafe for tourists who are from other countries. WILL NOT SUGEST TO OPT FOR THIS HOTEL.

Kindly dont book this resort at all. I went with a big group of 16 people and had a nightmare of an experience. After checking at 6 in the evening.. the air conditioners weren't working. Being an extremely hot and humid place it was unbearable to even stay in the room for a minute. To add to the agony there wasn't any fan in the room. After waiting till 11pm we went to the reception to complain but got no solution. Then to add to it the owner's son came and misbehaved with us terribly. He abused us, threatened us. Used foul language and said he'll throw is out in the middle of the night. Please avoid going here. We moved to Jungle Crown resort and their services were far better.

Worst experience. Absolutely mannerless and unprofessional staff. Even the CEO (Told to be owner's son by reception staff ) used foul and abusive language and threatened us. Had to shift hotel at odd hours on a family trip of 15 members. Please avoid this property to avoid being cheated.

Our visit to this resort with family of 11 was worth a trip. Hotel itself is in a very good location depending on the roof facing sea view and the swimming pool. Was told if you are lucky sometimes you may see the rhino. Hotel itself need a detail cleaning as the railing and the glasses are very dirty and dusty. I found the staffs very polite and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were included in the package but the breakfast lacks some items and looks like mainly focus on Indian customers we as we live in Europe expect bit more items on the breakfast. Same for lunch and dinner but on second day they adjusted towards our taste bud. Rooms are nice and big but again detail cleaning must be done as there were lots of dust everywhere. From the second floor balcony you can see dust covered both sides on the wood and on the railing itself. Focus on cleaning to please other guest please. Will definitely visit again if we go to Saurah again. According to the European culture we tipped them good and hope they are happy.

Worst Hospitality, worst safety precautions. Bad Experience 1 : we forgot our few item in our room, after checkout, on next day after 12 followup call they found our items, but they were not ready to courier (at our cost), and arrogantly said either we should pick it personally or we have to arrange courier to pickup. Bad experience 2 While Jungle park safari, they don't follow safety Measures and our senior person fall down from boat and got injured. This is just due to their Nepali co- passengers randomly jumped out of boats as per instruction of hotel guide Mr. Resham. Many more such incidents, which not possible to write here. Final summaryI don't recommend this hotel even if they offer free stay.
