De l'accueil au repas tout était parfait. Serveuse très agréable avec un temps d'attente entre les plats très correct. Cadre magnifique. Nous y reviendrons et en parlerons autour de nous. En petit plus : de nombreux parkings proche du restaurant.

Très décevant ! Pommes de terre beaucoup trop cuites. Je n’aurais pas osé les servir à mes invités ! Confit de canard très sec. En boîte j’en fais de meilleurs ! Le vin très raide au début, un peu mieux à la fin quand on le secoue. Carré d’agneau et haricots correctement cuits. Globalement beaucoup de choses à revoir pour être digne d’une région à la gastronomie réputée !

De passage dans la région pour une cousinade, nous avons posé nos valises dans cette auberge. Nous avons été très satisfait. La chambre est correcte en superficie, un cabinet de toilette avec douche et wc complète la pièce. La literie est très confortable. La Clim a permis de rafraîchir la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel attentif, attentionné et sympathique. Étape motarde. Je recommande

Je recommande vivement un séjour dans cette belle auberge de Sauzet. Notre chambre était très confortable et les prestations excellentes. Au dîner en terrasse sous une glycine quasiment centenaire nous avons apprécié les spécialités du pays cuisinées par le patron ; la carte n’est pas surchargée, c’est un gage de qualité et les produits utilisés pour élaborer les plats sont locaux. Le service est extrêmement efficace. Le petit déjeuner, excellent, est servi dans une belle salle à manger traditionnelle, à la décoration soignée. Nous avons quitté à regrets ce bel établissement et y reviendrons sûrement.
