Dejligt ophold med god service - hyggeligt
Troede parkering var gratis for 1 bil pr. værelse - det var den ikke - dyr og trang - valgte gadeparkering som dig var lige til.

Hiermit bewerte ich das Restaurant :Sehr gutes Essen, bester Service! Ein ganz großes Lob an Nino!!! Er hat uns sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam bedient!! EINMALIG!! Ein großes Dankeschön auch an das gesamte Team. Wir haben das Restaurant sehr glücklich verlassen und kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

das Essen war lecker und sehr preiswert, Portionen ausreichend
Zimmer war sauber, klein aber gemütlich
Strand fußläufig erreichbar
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur paar Meter entfernt
- Pool viel zu kalt
-Zimmerreinigung nur nach Aufforderung, obwohl Karte draußen dran hing, das gereinigt werden soll
- Buffet war reichhaltig, dennoch Aufbackbrötchen liegen zu lange, sind dann irgendwann zu hart, kleine Schalen für Marmelade wären wünschenswert, keine Abwechslung im Angebot
-Geschirr teilweise dreckig, Auswahl zwischen Naturjoghurt und Quark wäre wünschenswert
-Personal wirkte aufgesetzt freundlich außer die italienische, männliche Bedienung
-beim Abendessen von 3 Abenden war nicht ein Tag wo es alles gab, trotz das es auf der Karte stand, gerade bei Tagesgerichten mit denen geworden wird für einen sehr günstigen Preis, sollten banale Dinge wie Kroketten und Kartoffeln vorhanden sein.
Alles in allem hatten wir 3 schöne Tage und die negativen Dinge sind meckern auf höchsten Niveau. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen, allein um zu testen, ob die negativen Dinge verbessert wurden.

I didn’t stay at the hotel myself but called around noon to ask if they could delivery a bootle of wine to the dinner table for one of their guests who is celebrating a big birthday today. I wanted to pay for the bottle with my credit card; however, was informed by a quite impolite female staff member that I’m too late and that they cannot do it before they receive payment. When I asked if they, as a 4-star hotel, would not take any credit cards, the answer was NO. I’m very surprised, for one that a 4-star property does not accept credit cards, and for another how unfriendly the staff is, turning down an opportunity to generate business for their employer.

We have now eaten at the buffet several times and nothing has changed. The food is only lukewarm, very greasy and not replenished enough. There is also not always serving cutlery. At Easter there was enough lukewarm kale, which in my opinion no longer belongs on an Easter buffet. The whole salmon was just lying in the bones and was not replenished. A very unkempt, lukewarm buffet, and this has been the case every time we visit, with the hope that it will get better. A very strange concept and a very unfriendly boss who does not accept criticism. This was the last time we were there. We are locals and will not recommend the food to anyone.
