I came into town for my 40th Class Reunion. This hotel was chosen for out of town classmates. The rooms in my opinion was simply just ok they were clean but I expected a bit more for a Hilton Property. I travel often but this location was just mediocre. The continental breakfast was definitely on point. My big issue was the house keeping service. I checked in on Thursday evening ,. returned to my room Friday evening it hadn’t been serviced. My bed was still unmade and no clean towels etc. I went downstairs to the front desk to informed them. The person on duty said I will make certain your room will be serviced, thats all she said.I returned Saturday night no service to my room. I called the front desk I was informed that I have to request room service. I said no one mentioned that to me. Sunday morning it’s time to check out I spoke with Tameika Thomas she was very nice and understanding. She mentioned when my key card was issued to me upon check in a notice should’ve been attached stating the housekeeping cleaning schedule. It wasn’t enclosed with my card nor was it mentioned when came down stairs to speak with someone. I told Miss Thomas I feel I should be compensated for the communication flaw which I feel I was not at fault. An offered was given I declined so I will take the matter up with my credit card company.
