We like the location of the hotel. It is in midst of an old town and located along the canal. Close by is a shopping haven but most shops were closed because of the public holiday. The hotel is clean and the deco is modernistic inside with a traditional facet. Breakfast was excellent and the staff is so helpful and friendly. There is car park in front of hotel but limited space.

Our experience at Stadsvilla Mout was incredible!! We came and stayed here for our first visit to Rotterdam and were a little concerned about being outside of the city but we soon found out we had no reason to be - the hotel is in one of the most beautiful areas of The Netherlands that we’ve seen so far and has excellent transport links to the center. The hotel itself is fabulous. The staff were so lovely and accommodating to us going above and beyond our expectations. We were made to feel very welcome and taken care of which we really appreciate. The room was fantastic with a great view over the water and everything was clean and fresh. The amenities were excellent and we had everything we needed for our long weekend. We will be staying here again when returning to Rotterdam for sure. Thank you to all of the staff who we spoke to during our trip, your kindness is appreciated :)

Die alte Villa ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich. Auch das Zimmer war sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Äusserst freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, sehr hohe Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Komfortabler später Checkout um 12 h.

Schönes Hotel in Schiedam, direkt am Kanal gelegen, gleich neben dem Stadtzentrum. Bäckerei, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Einkaufszentrum in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Metro und Zugstation sind ein Stück weg, aber ebenfalls gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer haben enorm hohe Decken mit großem Fenstern, in unserem Fall zum Innehof hin. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, gehobene Ausstattung der Zimmer und des Hotels insgesamt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war die Tür zum Badezimmer - eine Schiebetür, die schmaler ist als der Türrahmen, sodass die "Tür" ins Bad immer ein Stück weit offen stand.

De kamer was perfect, maar als je een kamer boekt met bad en dat er fout bij het hotel zit waardoor je een kamer met douche krijgt, mag je toch tenminste enige compensatie verwachten.
