The staff was lovely. What I may have missed in the reviews is two primary issues. 1. The hotel is used to house refugees, no issues with that other than they are on different floors but were extremely loud above my room. 2. The internet had massive bandwidth in mid afternoon but at night couldn't even support a Zoom video. Too much demand, impossible to do anything but email.

Hôtel correct pour deux nuits dans le cadre des marchés de Noël. Chambre propre avec Tv, sèche cheveux, bouilloire… En 20 minutes à pied vous êtes aux marchés de noël. Nous n’avons pas pris les déjeuners sur place mais avons pris l’option parking. Presence d’un parking sous terrain.

Mal ubicado ( para llegar el cetro había que pasar por un paso bajo nivel con muy poca luz y co. Homeless cerca ) Piezas sin servicio de mucama Y lo peor al llegar había una cucaracha en la cama de la pieza de mis hijos . Al matarla descubrí que ya habían matado otras . Pedí cambio de pieza y nos dijeron que el hotel estaba full . Al día siguiente no recibí ninguna explicación . Además la habitación con mucho olor a tabaco pese a que son habitaciones NO fumadores
