The hotel is great. Very friendly customer service and the rooms are also very clean. The hotel also has very beautiful views. In addition, the facilities are new and have a very beautiful and modern design. I highly recommend this hotel. The quality/price is great and unmatched.

Hotel has its own free parking, which is very spacious and easy to park. Room is nice and cozy, nice shower with strong hot water. Cozy bar corner with warm fireplace, nice beers. Near bus stop to downtown. Reception staff very friendly and professional.

Charge $150EUR as deposit. Given the basic facility at the hotel, the deposit is too much. I was assured at checkout that the deposit would not be deducted from my credit card. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable, quiet and clean. Free parking available.

Overall, it was very good. The room was large and had a lake view. The only regret was that there was no breakfast, so it didn't matter. Good value for money and very convenient to travel, just a few kilometers away from Strasbourg Cathedral. Free parking

Honestly, the room was very clean and spacious, the only problem was the shower. We showered around 11 a.m. and the water wasn't even lukewarm even though we turned on the hot water fully and when I called reception around 11:10 a.m. the lady told me that someone was going to come by I waited 30 minutes but no one came by so I ended up taking my shower and she was still the same when I went to reception to check out the room 12:10 p.m. we told the lady that no one had come by, she just told us "that she had told her colleague but she didn't know that he hadn't come by" after which we told her again for the water temperatures and she told us that we weren't the only ones to have had this problem and that it was probably due to the fact that several rooms were showering at the same time. I don't find this normal; it means that the installation is not sized for so many rooms.

Everything is fine, the only thing I didn't like is that they kept a €150 guarantee for the room..

I was passing through with my family, we arrived later than planned (00:30) but that was no problem, we were greeted very friendly. The room was tidy and we had a good night's sleep. The next morning we drove straight back, so I can't say anything about the location for a city trip.

It is suitable for travelers using a car as there is a parking lot. Free wifi but not available. Reception staff are friendly.

The hotel room was very clean. The equipment was as described, the staff were very friendly. The location was not right in Strasbourg but right next to a train station and a 5 minute drive.

The parking lot is in the open air at the main entrance of the hotel, free of charge, 10 minutes convenient. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, the room is new and clean, the breakfast is good, and the price is reasonable. If you recommend this hotel by car

Upon our arrival at the hotel they reiterated that they had to check if the room had been paid for, even though I had shown them the booking confirmation and payment receipt, which had taken place 2 weeks before our stay (apparently they don't receive confirmations of booking and payment made through this site). Furthermore, upon our arrival they made us pay a bank pre-authorization of 150 € additional to the price to cover possible additional expenses made in the structure and …. to cover possible damages (the bank pre-authorization was canceled on the evening of our return).
