The hotel is located away from the city center and is located exactly the opposite side indicated by Google Maps. A tram station is right in front of the hotel, if you want to go downtown where parking is difficult. The reception is open 24 hours a day which is very important. The Reception Hall is Open Space for different activities, restaurant lounge bar and a reading area and games room and a TV area. Breakfast is well provided, but as 90% of the client are early risers, if you get there 9:15 a.m., there is almost nothing left to eat and the kitchen service only replenishes the buffet after a severe complaint from a customer. Which is a shame compared to the quality displayed by the hotel. The hotel must see this problem of supplying the buffet at breakfast. This is my observation of two successive mornings. The hotel hasn't'its own car park, but a car park in partnership with Parking Futura is just near the hotel. The car park is closed and secure and paying. There are family rooms for four adults at this hotel. A family room is composed of two independent rooms with a single main entrance and two independent entrances inside. The rooms are comfortable and soundproofed and cleaned and are tidy and clean down to the bathroom.

Habe mit meiner Familie vom Samstag auf Sonntag dort übernachtet. Wir haben zwei Doppelzimmer nebeneinander bekommen. Wir wurden 4 Mal ab ca. Mitternacht, um ca. 5 Uhr, ca. 6 Uhr und dann ca. 7 Uhr mit lauten Sirenen wegen Feueralarm vom Schlaf gerissen, weil die Alarmanlage gesponnen hat. Die Sirenen waren in unserem Zimmer und unglaublich laut. Wir haben uns viermal schnell umgezogen und da der Notausgang neben unserem Zimmer abgeschlossen war, durch den Flur und mit vielen anderen Gästen durch die Treppe zum Erdgeschoss gelaufen und dort lange gewartet, bis wir zufälligerweise und nach Nachfrage mitbekommen haben, dass es Fehlalarm war. Alle vier Male waren aber zum Glück Fehlalarme! Das Hotel war aber nicht in der Lage, das Problem gleich nach dem ersten Fehlalarm zu lösen. Buchungsnummer: xxxxCJQN

Personnel très agréable , l'hôtel est vieillissant , mérite un bon rafraîchissement , la literie est de bonne qualité et l'insonorisation de la chambre est bonne , nous avons bien dormis ce qui essentiel par dessus tout, il y a un parking privé qui est facturé 12 euros par nuit , le pdj est bien fournis avec de bons produits et du bon café.

La déco est sympathique et originale. Les jeux proposés permettent de ne pas s'ennuyer à condition d'être au moins deux. J'ai apprécié le confort de la literie. C'est amusant de découvrir les émissions allemandes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. La proximité de l'Allemagne est un atout non négligeable. J'ai pu ainsi visiter khel et voir ses curiosités.

Heureusement que cet hôtel étais la au bon moment Merci pour l’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel merci pour le vin chaud et les petits chocolats Par contre mon amie n’a pas retrouvé son objet perdu donc je pense que malheureusement le personnel du ménage ou autre la garder. Petit déjeuner parfait un peu trop de monde mais ça va

De l'accueil,au bar,au restaurant j'ai trouvé le personnel au top . L'hôtel récemment rénové présente un espace lobby très accueillant,des chambres bien équipées et fonctionnelles. Un espace réunion tout à fait adapté et bien équipé en connectiques. Idéalement situé je recommande vivement.

+Очень внимательный персонал. +Мы заказывали два номера рядом, так как приехали с детьми и были очень приятно удивлены, что номера были соединены внутренней дверью. То есть не надо было переходить в комнаты через коридор, что очень удобно. Фойе отеля очень уютный и красивенький, вечером можно и с друзьями посидеть и много настольных игр есть, и настольный футбол, и книги почитать. +Очень близко крытая парковка к отелю за 9 евро в сутки. +Рядом с отелем близко кафешечки и магазинчики. +Остановка трамвая сразу через дорогу, что очень удобно. За 1,80 евро в течении 10 минут доезжаешь в центр к Собору. -Не было тапочек и чайника в номере. За горячей водой надо было спускаться отдельно на стойку. -Выбор на завтрак, как по мне не соответсвует цена=качество. я бы даже сказала, цена = количество. -Выбор очень не большой, и за 15 евро лучше пойти рядом в кафешку. -В обед или на ужин нельзя заказать полноценный "обед", или суп детям. Меню больше на аперитив похоже.

Cet hôtel est passé Ibis Styles il y a peu de temps et après rénovation complète des chambres. Le restaurant, bar et réception sont superbes, et donnent envie d'y rester. Les chambres sont contemporaines et tout est présent pour y passer une bonne nuit. Le personnel est à l'écoute, réactif et très souriant. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir !
