A hotel with a hot spring. The view from the balcony is good. It’s not far from the lake. It’s suitable for walking. If you don’t want to go to the town to eat at night, you can eat at the restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast is pretty good. It turned out to be an international chain

The resort is nestled into a perfect view of the stunning Alps. The staff and the front desk are amazingly helpful and speak fluent English. Whether you are looking for directions or a new excursion they will help you. The dining was marvelous also. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely accommodating.

Karma Bavaria ist in jeder Beziehung eine Empfehlung. Die Lage am Schliersee ist perfekt; es sind viele Spaziergänge möglich – wir sind sogar zu Fuß nach Tegernsee gewandert. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen professionell und sehr nett. Das Restaurant einschließlich Service ist absolut top, der Barkeeper sehr innovativ. Viele Zimmer sind mittlerweile renoviert und bieten einen tollen Komfort. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile, einen separaten Schlafzimmer, einem sehr großen Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie einem sehr schönen großen Balkon. Der Spabereich ist sehr angenehm

Overall our trip was very enjoyable. This is a classic 4 star hotel, well presented in a beautiful Bavarian location. The rooms are spacious, clean and suitable for all needs. The reception is staffed well with very friendly staff who are more than happy to help with all needs. The spa is wonderful with a nice pool and hot tub, it never got too busy and was great to utilise after active days. The restaurant is nice, the breakfast is perfect for a simple start to the day with lots of options and selection for all. We had dinner on a few occasions and the mains were very good overall, although more veg with the meals would be ideal. The puddings/desserts however were very disappointing especially for the price. The chocolate Lego and apple crumble were below what you would expect but this was the only downside of the restaurant. The rooms were spacious and clean as mentioned, however the beds were very hard and not that comfortable for my liking but this is likely preference. Unfortunately the WiFi also didn’t work during our stay and this was a common issue for many in the hotel which is poor for a 4* resort. This didn’t impact us as we were out most days but for those staying longer it may be an issue.

This is our third visit to Karma Bavaria. We have stayed once before this resort's ownership and once since. The Karma team have made wonderful improvements. The pool and hot tub are terrific. Wi-fi works great. The restuarant is excellent with great service and prices are very reasonable. We love it here!

Beautiful location in Schliersee. Wonderful indoor pool and spa facilities. Great spot to visit Salzburg, Munich and so many other wonderful little towns and villages. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely love to come here again.

A beautiful, tranquil experience. The rooms are big, clean and bright and the grounds well maintained. The lounge and restaurant are a great place to relax and the breakfast has plenty of options, including vegan. The staff are extremely friendly and we were well looked after. The location is great, close to supermarkets and a short walk to a beautiful lake and mountain cable ride. Transport is fantastic, the trains are efficient, clean and reliable so visiting neighbouring towns is not a problem. We received a tourist card which provided great discounts on local activities. I would highly recommend this hotel (and visiting Schliersee in general), Karma member of not.

Hotel im notwendigen Wandel...
Der Checkin lief ohne Begrüßung ab, sehr ungewöhnlich.
Das Zimmer war älteren Datums, wohl 80er Jahre.
Vorhänge hatten nicht mehr alle Halterungen, was trotz Hinweis nicht behoben wurde. Das selbe gilt für die Dusche. Die war fast komplett verkalkt. Da musste man selbst Hand anlegen. Für ein Haus dieser Kategorie ungewöhnlich.
Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich bestückt. Die Angestellten, außer beim Checkin, mehr als freundlich.
Spa Bereich war sauber, jedoch auch hier in Details Renovierungsbedürftig.
Wie gesagt für diese Kategorie viele Kleinigkeiten die nicht passen.
Offensichtlich gibt es bereits renovierte Zimmer und Flure.
