The negative trend in quality of services & food continued from previous years. Unfriendly waiters hardly speaking any other language than Hungarian. Already high prices have been further increased since last year - very poor value for money.

Accomodation is very nice, comfortable beds, clean rooms, localitation is ideal for skiing, you can start skiing in front of the hotel. While accomodation is perfect, I can' t write it about services and staff. Breakfast and dinners were very poor. For breakfast were every day the same meals (eggs and sauseges for warm buffet). Dinners were without taste, nothing for children. Also staff (especially men) were unfriendly to us. We did't feel welcomed there.

I have visited Lachtal many times (skiing) and I always stayed in Tanzstat. Unfortunatelly, the quality of service is going down and from beginning 2023 they increased prices (especially beverages) significantly…i.e. 0,5l Almdudler mixed with water for €5,50 is too much. They Hungarian waiters don’t speak neither German nor English properly which annoys the guests. After our last stay I was dissapointed - it was not value for money 👎
