We were a group of 13 people, with lunches ordered in advance. 30 May 24 The fish menus came first, there was a misunderstanding with one guest about a menu, and those who had already been served with the fish menus had to wait. The plates were only lukewarm to begin with, as was the food. I returned my plate because I think it should be served hot, if only because of the price range. Easy to get to from the train station. Very good beds and quiet. The room has a desk and a comfortable chair. Great breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and a nice selection of other items. Very courteous service at breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel is also open in the afternoon.

Very comfortable, accessible and well-structured hotel. Large, beautiful rooms with all the comforts. Very friendly staff and well-stocked breakfast buffet, tasty and for all tastes. A really nice structure just a stone's throw from the train station.

This was my second time staying here. The renovations are contemporary but the classic service remains. Location is ideal since it's near shopping, restaurants and the train station yet it's also secluded on the river Limmat. Truly spectacular hotel with incredible relaxing views. The restaurant is exquisite both in the morning and evening dinner.

Ungenügend! Wir werden nie mehr dieses Hotel buchen. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal war am Anfang gut danach jedoch katastrophal. Manche Dinge kann ich und meine Partnerin nicht verstehen. Das Hotel ist im Grossen und Ganzen nicht empfehlenswert.

This is a good hotel, with free parking located below the main road, check-in is electronic and very easy. Large, neat, clean and spacious room, bathroom with double sink (is that really useful??) and bathtub. Dinner at the restaurant, good food nicely presented… and perfect breakfast to start the day. Be careful not to forget the card in the room when going for a walk… because without a receptionist it can become complicated…

Those who sleep with 2 pillows or want more blankets/duvets have to ask because they aren't in the room. In the hallway there is a corner to make coffee or tea, cups suitable for espresso and cappuccino, but a bit small for tea, I also found this corner too poorly lit. Excellent breakfast with very friendly staff. Free parking. If I were to return to Schönenwerd for a night or two I would return to this hotel.

Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer und in der Bettwäsche. Mit ausgiebigem Lüften etwas verbessert. Essen im Restaurant viel Show und wenig Inhalt. Qualität befriedigend, Quantität ungenügend. Morgenessen okay, nichts aussergewöhnliches. Rührei entweder keines mehr oder dann zu trocken, da wohl zu schnell angefertigt. Konferenzräumlichkeiten befriedigend. Gemeinschafts-WC mit Mängel, welche über mehrere Tage nicht behoben wurden. Personal im Restaurant sehr unterschiedlich effizient. Es fehlt z.Teil an Aufmerksamkeit und überlegtem Arbeiten. Im Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse raus wirkt der Verkehr ab 05.00 nicht gerade schlaffördernd. Der sogenannte "Fitnessraum" ist ein schlechter Witz.
