Arrived on a dark cold and wet November evening in front of a locked door during alleged opening hours. It was a Sunday. Called the out of hours number to be just told it was closed. I was asked if I had a Booking, which I had through *******. They didn't care. Booking was made 4 weeks ahead. At no time was I contacted that the hotel was closed prior my arrival. No one cared. Response bordered on being rude, so I terminated the call and after some time searching found an alternative Hotel in the next town. There was nothing else available in Schortens.
