Dear Sir or Madam, the reception at the information desk was unfriendly. I looked through it and read with sauna and with bath what did I get shower no sauna after that I gave Mia another room with bath that was the used room was that I got another one I was unsatisfied my rating 5 never go there again with the door opener card accidentally put in another room it also opened that means it was probably a universal card I got that I could go into any room with kind regards Rasim

The four-star hotel has no air conditioning, and the mini-fridge is shut down to save energy. The house is not soundproofed, and light leaks from the door. It makes too much noise when the door is opened in the hot summer, and it is too hot to sleep without the door open.

Wifi on and off, and hotel staff won't be able to help as they are not equipped to do so. I don't know why most hotels in Germany go to the trouble of making Internet access difficult. They include it in the price, but spend enormous effort and costs to make it troublesome to use. They burden their staff, who are obviously not competent to handle such matters, and create inconvenience for customers. For this hotel, you will be directed to a log in page to enter your room number and last name. It does not always work. Or it will work only a few hours after you have checked in. The connection doesn't stay connected. So if you have serious work or jobs to run while on the road, your life will be miserable.

Very well organised located outside Heidelberg but very close to the train i station. Environmentally friendly excellent breakfast with very god freshly prepared fruit juice. Good size rooms but the the pillows are thin and very very soft

The hotel amenities said “laundry facilities”. They do not have facilities they have service, but obviously not from 10pm-8am while I was there. I Booked this specifically to do laundry. I came here for one night intending to do laundry and was not able to. Plus this isn’t really in Heidelberg. It’s outside the city about 6 miles.

The place is serene and cool, the interior is cozy and straight up like a perfect stop and getaway. The food is great to balance the experience On accessibility, it is accessible from the train station.

A hotel without AC on a 30° C is not a pleasant stay. A poor Menu experience and nothing else around in order to get some decent food. A very difficult parking area for Busses. Broken Shower cabins...

We stayed for one night. We were greeted very warmly by the staff. The staff was really friendly and attentive. The room was clear and orderly. The location is in a calm environment and good restaurants are not far from the hotel. Greetings to my Iranian neighbour ;)

The hotel is centrally located to lots of attractions. Markets are close by. The staff was wonderful, always helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and had many options to choose from. Housekeeping was on top of keeping the room clean and stocked. My only complaint is that it is very outdated. But I would definitely stay here again. The staff was wonderful !

Average room, with comfortable bed, well functioning bathroom, free parking and hospitable staff. Only minus was the smell of smoke in our room. Some of the previous guests has been smoking in the room, I guess.

We always love coming back to the beautiful, family-run and quiet NH Hotel Hirschberg, which is very centrally located. The reception staff are so friendly and professional, everything is always perfect, including parking spaces right in front of the hotel. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We can highly recommend this hotel.
