Cooking class with Gianfranco, Paolo, and Filippo was fantastic! We were taught how to make a delicious three course meal and got it enjoy it! Everyone was so friendly and fun! Highly recommend to try this class for a delicious meal and a great time!

Spacious rooms with a fantastic sea view. Perfect cleaning. Excellent facilities. 7 Pools: 2 outdoor pools + 4 outdoor hydrotherapy pools + 1 indoor lap pool. Turkish bath (very large) and 2 sauna (1 for any changing room). SPA: excellent treatments and very professional and trained staff. Bars and restaurants: excellent quality , excellent service, fabulous dishes (traditional dishes too!). Reception and club house: very professional and friendly staff. Golf courses: very good condition, fantastic view on the sea Location is surrounded by nature (sea, olive trees, flowers) and the resort is a perfect place for rest and relax. Renting a car permits to easily visit historical place (Selinunte, Castello di Siculiana, Burgio, Caltabellotta, Mazara del Vallo, Sambuca), artistic site (Cretto di Burgi), food and wine places (wine cellars, oil and orange production). For historical visit tourist guide is recommended (Sicilian guides are very expert and knowledgeable). Only 1 weak point: the descent to the sea, the beach is limited by dangerous stones not permitting taking bath when sea waves are high. Nevertheless there is a little pier where you can dock the boat for wonderful excursion (e.g. Scala Dei Turchi) or incredible offshore swims.

Endroit superbe à tous points de vue, le plus beau resort de Sicile sur un golf magnifique avec des vues à couper le souffle, un service 5* sans problème, excellents restaurants, les vélos sont à dispo pour se balader sur le resort, les cocktails sont très bons negroni et spritz sicilien, merci à toute l équipe et particulièrement à Deborah pour avoir fait de ce séjour un moment inoubliable ( mon anniversaire surprise)

Beautiful resort with great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend! Food in all restaurants was delicious and the breakfast was excellent. All resort staff were friendly and helpful. I would love to go back and stay for a week!
