The rooms are spacious and set up nicely. However, we had a room on the first floor and it was filled with ants constantly. The ants were all over the kitchen, floor, and even on the mattress. It was disgusting. They do not give you fresh towels. This is a residence and not a hotel. So you do not have the room cleaned or change of sheets, you must do that all yourself. They do not even collect the garbage. It would be fine if it stated that in the listing and review. We were a family of 12 traveling and it was not convenient for us at all. It should state all this in the listing and be sure to let people know it is not hotel. It is not a hotel. They had a nice size pool, however, it is a steep walk down and up a hill to get to so it makes it difficult to get too more than once a day. Overall, very disappointed with this stay.

Io e le mie amiche volevamo passare un fine settimana insieme di relax e l'ApartHotel Isabella è stata la scelta migliore. Le camere sono molto belle, ampie e dotate di tutti i comfort (televisione, asciugacapelli, aria condizionata, utensili da cucina etc) e si può godere di una vista mozzafiato, a mio parere punto di forza della struttura..potersi svegliare e godere dal proprio letto di una vista sul mare fantastico di Sciacca non è da poco, anzi. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza. La colazione, su terrazza con vista sul mare, è molto abbondante e presenta cibi salati, cibi dolci, frutta etc per accontentare tutti. La struttura presenta una piscina per adulti e una piscina per bambini su una terrazza totalmente con vista sul meraviglioso mare di Sciacca, presenta sdraio ed ombrelloni tutt'intorno, un servizio bar, musica e tanto relax. Ideale anche per le famiglie che vogliono passare un fine settimana in piscina con i propri figli. Inoltre presenta campo da padel e da calcio! L'unico accorgimento negativo che mi sento di fare è sul servizio navetta/servizio bici assente...sarebbe l'ideale introdurlo per poter agevolare gli ospiti ad andare comodamente al centro di Sciacca.

Run away! Don't go there! Upon arrival, we were asked for money (168 EUR) in addition, even though we had made a reservation through the agency. No one works at the reception. We had to call him to come from home. A lady who did not understand any other language than Italian. Do not use Google map when you arrive at the hotel. There is a sign at the main street and go down the shortest street. And Google Map and Waze will take you down a steep street from which you only have to exit backwards. Look carefully at the road sign. In the rooms, although we were asked for a lot of extra money, no one came to clean for 4 days. All the linen smelled of grease and was not airy. We had to sleep with the window open! It was horrifying. I felt STOLEN!

I have been to Sciacca and I stayed at the Apart Hotel Isabella with my friends, it is a great pleasant and comfortable place. A place where you can relax and have fun, with a spotless swimming pool and a breathtaking view, soccer field and Padel. The room where we stayed was large and clean with a balcony, equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was plentiful and very good, excellent food from sweet breakfast to savory breakfast. The friendly staff is available for anything. The only lack is the shuttle or bike service to go comfortably to the center of Sciacca or to the sea.

I stayed at the hotel apart Isabel and I had a great time. Excellent welcome and staff always available for any need. The room in which I stayed was treated in detail and equipped with every comfort, very clean space and a breathtaking view in which you could see the swimming pool and the padel and soccer fields, a perfect compromise for those who love sports like me. Pleasant breakfast plentiful and fresh food and staff always super helpful. The only flaw of the structure is that it lacks a shuttle service or bike rental in order to allow everyone to reach the historic center and move easily.
