Ottimo hotel, conduzione familiare, molto attenti, disponibili e gentili. Zona Spa funzionante e molto pulita, pulizia in generale Buona. Colazione ottima e abbondante così come la cena, ottima cucina e servizio. Vi consiglio di provare il vino kerner della loro vigna. Consiglio vivamente.

Accoglienza meravigliosa, gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari sempre sorridenti e disponibili, pulizia delle stanze semplici ma funzionali, cibo squisito…una vera prelibatezza, con una piscina d’eccellenza… insomma tutto perfetto!

Penso che le recensioni siano fasulle, albergo con moquette,senza bidet, scarsa pulizia, cibo da schifo, solo tirolese non mediterraneo prezzo alto letti scomodi asciugamani vecchi si salva la colazione e lo staff aggiungo due stelle son troppo.

Soggiorno perfetto di quattro notti tra Natale e Capodanno. I gestori, una famiglia altoatesina, sono davvero gentili e a disposizione degli ospiti. L'albergo da fuori si presenta bene, l'interno è semplice e piacevole, forse un pochino da rinnovare negli arredi.. ma guardando al buon cibo e alla strepitosa spa rimessa a nuovo da pochissimo.. tutto il resto passa inosservato! La spa è davvero fenomenale, ampi spazi, lettini relax disposti in varie stanze, piscina, idromassaggio, percorso kneipp, una sauna e un bagno turno. Anche se l'hotel è affollato c'è spazio per tutti. Se devo trovare un difetto direi l'eccessivo riscaldamento notturno nelle stanze, da abbassare qualche grado. Stare a Sciaves permette di spostarsi con facilità verso Bressanone e in Val Pusteria, dove consiglio di visitare Brunico.

Ho pernottato per 2 giorni in questo hotel. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Camera molto pulita. Ho usufruito del centro benessere che è stato a dir poco fantastico. Sauna molto grande e zona relax molto confortevole.
