Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole visto che la posizione era ottima, l'appartamento era bello spazioso con una cucina attrezzata e la mia stanza era bella grande. Il bagno era nella media, abbastanza pulito e ben arredato anche se dal manico della doccia perdeva un pò d'acqua( ma l'acqua scorreva bene cmq). La colazione era molto buona e variegata. L'unica pecca grave è che sono stato per 3 giorni senza una connessione WI-FI stabile e veloce e, nonostante i miei solleciti, non sono riusciti a risolvermi il problema. Ho dovuto usare la connessione del mio telefono per collegarmi e questo mi ha abbastanza infastidito. Mi sarei aspettato che per questa ragione alla fine mi facessero un piccolo sconto per rimediare ed invece hanno fatto finta come se fosse successo nulla, dicendo che non trovavano il vecchio modem per mettere quello nuovo e che il tecnico non sapevano quando poteva venire. Per questa ragione non so se tornerò di nuovo perchè, come ho detto al titolare, il WI-FI è un servizio fondamentale e deve funzionare, ma soprattutto si deve avere un tecnico pronto ad intervenire tempestivamente in caso d'incidenti come quello accorso a me.

Che dire Margherita e Luigi, mi hanno accolta e coccolata come se fossi una loro parente, persone squisite cordiali accoglienti e disponibili, che di questi tempi sono rare da incontrare. Hotel centralissimo ma tranquillo defilato dal caos notturno. Ottima colazione con sorriso incluso. Camera accogliente con bel servizio ampio e comodo. Lo consiglierei sicuramente e ci tornerei molto volentieri, per far due chiacchere con la spumeggiante Margherita e il gentleman Luigi.

On a passe deux jours super sympa en famille a parcourir la region. Hotel super sympa et personnel tres attentif a nos petits besoins - comme a la maison et rien m est jamais un problème. Surclasse a l arrivée, parasols pour la plage, late check out. Parking tout proche et possibilité de débarquer valises devant l hotel

Hotel molto bello e confortevole al centro storico di Scicli. I gestori sono estremamente cortesi e disponibili. Le camere spaziose, pulitissime e al riparo da qualsiasi rumore esterno. La colazione ottima. Super consigliato. Torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti. Buon lavoro! Continuate così e godrete sempre di un meritato successo.

We loved our stay at novecento. Lovely room, fabulous vaulted ceiling. Very friendly receptionists. Central location, close to restaurants and centro storico. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bed very comfortable. Quiet at nighttime

Good location, friendly staff, great breakfast.
Hotel website is misleading - we booked Deluxe room but was allocated room 904 which is indicated on website as cheaper Superior room, there was no view of St Matthew hill as claimed, the room was noisy (ac/heating and next door shower) not silent as claimed. Laundry service was also not available over the Easter holiday weekend. En-suite had wc flush leak and damaged shower enclosure that were not fixed during our stay. Issues were raised but not adequately addressed during stay.
Great shame about the room and misleading website as everything else was really good.

hotel molto bello esternamente ed internamente, al contrario la camera che ci è stata assegnata un vero e proprio incubo.... a parte essermi rimasta in mano la leva del lavabo appena entrato in bagno ( e riparata in serata dal ragazzo della reception) vi era un vero e proprio accumulo di polvere ovunque come da foto allegate, l'indomani mattina la signora del ricevimento mi rassicurava che avrebbe provveduto a far fare la stanza a fondo dal personale ma purtroppo cosi non è stato e mio malgrado dopo aver detto che avevo seri problemi con la polvere.... i vetri della doccia sono talmente pieni di calcare che anche le stesse rotelle x aprire il box doccia fanno fatica a scorrere con la possibile caduta del cristallo stesso..... l'impianto di riscaldamento non funzionante i ragazzi del ricevimento ti dicono di accendere la pompa di calore che in breve tempo si scalda ma non si può arrivare in una stanza gelida!!!!!!!!
