The pool area and hot tub were great. Staff were all helpful and nice.

My husband and I had an amazing romantic stay at the resort. The villa was beautiful and very quiet and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very clean and comfortable. The poolside bar/grill was super convenient and decently priced. We definitely recommend and will be back!

Sheraton Desert Oasis is out #1 choice for a relaxing stay in Scottsdale. We have stayed at many RCI properties in Scottsdale, this is far the best! Friendly staff and located by many desirable attractions. A MUST for RCI owners!

This is a beautiful resort. The rooms are really beautiful, especially if you get the larger one. The main pool is very busy. The quiet pool is not quite sunny enough for me.. also it would be great if there was a hot tub in this section.. The staff is all amazing and the cleanliness and upkeep of the resort is fantastic. But to be clear if you’ve been to the Westin or Marriott Canyon villas you will be disappointed as this is more of a resort/hotel in town and not a lot of space around it… The frustrating part is there’s nothing really in walking distance ..even a little store which they have a very minimal thing in the lobby. I feel like this is something they really need to improve on.. like putting in a little market. The main road Hayden.. is very noisy with traffic and even though we were on the side road you could still hear the road noise quite a bit so if that’s a concern, please ask for a room facing an inner courtyard.. I think one of the most frustrating or annoying things was their lack of fitted mattress covers and sheets. We were constantly remaking our bed and that didn’t help our good night sleep.. the mattresses were very comfortable, but the sheets and mattress pads need to be changed to fitted!!!

This is our 4th year staying here in a one bedroom Full kitchen room. We are not members of RCI Or Sheraton Vacation Club yet this resort always treats us with respect and non pressure. Wonderful resort, activities and friendly atmosphere, what more can a person expect!!

We were satisfied that the property was as nice as it was when we stayed 8 years ago. Property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.
