Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson

Nice new hotel. The beds were not made everyday, when I asked at reception why not, they said it is Hilton policy to just pull the sheets up !!! I’ve never heard such a thing !! Told sheets would be changed after 3rd night, but they were not. Tissues not replaced when empty. Maid service was very disappointing, but everything else was good.

This was a perfect weekend getaway. Super clean and comfortable. It’s a very welcoming space that is easy to maneuver from parking lot to room to restaurant. The food is delicious.

property was open ,fresh and clean. A hotel bar closing at 10 pm to its guests after a long business day was a little surprising.

It was new, clean, and close to an event that we attended nearby in Scottsdale. The showers, beds, room size, everything was excellent.

Loved this hotel! Staff was so friendly and the hotel itself is just gorgeous with amazing views! We will definitely be returning!

After a very long & rainy road trip, we waited (wet) over 3 hrs for our room…Front desk, Hillary asked mgr. Geoff if we could be moved to another available room and he said, NO! Throughout this process, we repeatedly went back to the desk & spoke to 4 different staff members and were told each time that they were expediting with housekeeping. Finally, after HOURS the last person told us…oh, your room has been ready! Then they couldn’t find our luggage which was put in the back room , upon our initial arrival. Frustrating to say the least. One bright star in the day was Jacqueline (mgr of F&B) she noticed that we had been sitting for sooo long in the lobby And came over and offered to bring us a glass of water. Due to her kindness, we decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant and she came over again and checked on us & our guests. The front desk staff (especially Geoff) could use a few lessons in hospitality from her. Btw, the food was great at the restaurant.

The perfect stay! Used the space as a getting ready area for my wedding and the Mountain View suite was fantastic! The staff was prompt and accommodating to every detail.

Great hotel. The views of the mountains were spectacular. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. I need those pillows
