Only the location is good to drive the No 1 highway, as the highway is in repair close to Lucia.

The location is nearby the Sand City, just about 9 minutes walk. There are lucky, Costco, five guy, McDonald’s and total wine and 7-11……etc in the Sand City. And just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach from Sand City.

Nice rooms in a hotel located in short driving distance to Monterey sites and highway 1. Unfortunately we were greeted in our hotel room by a couple aggressively arguing very in the hotel room next to us, which continued throughout the night before they “made up” equally as loud. Thankfully I’m quite a deep sleeper so slept through this but my partner had the worst nights sleep of our trip here due to this. There is a large parking lot, however you may struggle to find a parking space later at night. Basic but ok breakfast items included hard boiled eggs, yoghurts, pancakes & waffles that could be toasted as well as a machine of fruit juices, tea and coffee. Overall a good motel however significantly impacted by thin walls and other inconsiderate guests.

Elegant, comfortable and pleasant environment

The most ordinary motel. Other Monterey vacation rates are too expensive. This is the cheapest, but it still costs more than $330.

Good location. There is a Costco gas station behind it and many restaurants opposite.

Overall satisfied. The room is a bit small, and there is no space for two large boxes... There is a microwave and refrigerator. This motel is more suitable for self-driving. You can carry your luggage directly to the room at the parking door, which is very convenient. Breakfast is simple, but I’m used to it already...😃

The room is too small and has a bit of smell

The transportation is convenient, the environment is good, and the surrounding living functions are complete.

I arrived in the afternoon and wanted to do laundry, but I couldn't do it until 9pm. The front desk kept saying that they would call me, but the phone in the room didn't work at all... There were not enough seats for breakfast, so our family had to take breakfast back to the room to eat.
