The front desk service is very poor. The female front desk staff is indifferent to people, as if the whole world owes her something! On the first day of check-in, the key could not open the door. The room number did not match the name and could not connect to the WIFI. A new key was made. When I booked the room, I paid in advance. I received a text message from the bank and found that more than 200 US dollars were pre-authorized. The next morning, I went to the front desk to ask. The person on duty was replaced by a young man. After checking, I found that the room we stayed in was registered under someone else's name! The next day, I went to the airport to return the car and needed to take the shuttle bus back. It was the same woman again. When I asked her how long it would take and where to wait, she looked impatient. She just said something and turned away. I waited at the airport for nearly an hour! I will never book this hotel again!

For a one night crash, the Hampton Inn is ideal. A comfortable room - lovely bed, desk, chair and a morning breakfast. All very good and a free shuttle to and from the airport. Warmly welcomed and helpful staff make the place a good airport stopover.

My best friend and I stayed at this hotel from May 15-17, 2025. Upon check in the front desk person was super friendly. We asked if there was a discount for Alaska Airline employees and at first was told no but the manager happened to be standing there when we checked in and she put that discount in. Our room was on the 4th floor close to the elevators. Upon trying to get our luggage upstairs we noticed that only one of the two elevators were working and the one working was super slow. As we entered the room we noticed it took several attempts with the key to get it. Even after swiping it and the green light coming on the door would not open. This continued for the next two days. Our room was very clean and orderly and included a half size fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was super tiny and the faucet in the sink was very loose but usable. Later that evening we decided to go out and get some snacks and drinks. When we came back we noticed several people at the elevator waiting. I asked how long they had been waiting they said it had been a while. It finally showed up but it took a minute for the doors to open. Later that evening I had to run to the lobby and came across a couple who had just come out of the elevator and had to pry the doors open to get out of it. I pushed the button and when the elevator arrived to my floor the doors would not fully open. I had to pry them open to get in. The elevator also stopped at every floor going up or down no matter what floor you chose. When I got to the lobby I noticed a couple waiting on the elevator and told them of the issue. We all three went to the front desk to complain. The couple asked to be put in a room on the first floor. I told them that the person with me had gotten a foot injury earlier in the day and that she could not walk down the stairs. I was only told that they were aware of it and there wasn't anything they could do until the morning. So for that night I had to walk the stairs. My friend stayed in the room. I did notice a sign on the doors to the elevators later that night that said the elevators were out of service. How can you have a 4 story hotel and have your elevators completely out of service? The next day we were checking out. Luckily the elevators worked enough for us to get our luggage trolley out to load our car. There was absolutely no sense of urgency at all when it came to getting someone there to take care of the elevator situation. The men that work in this hotel have a lax attitude about everything. When I checked out all I was told to do was put my key in the basket on the desk. The young man didn't even look up from his computer screen. We also got no paper bill. I did look at my bill later on using my Hilton app and there was no compensation for the inconvenience of the elevator which basically kept my friend in the room all evening and the Alaska Airlines employee discount was nowhere to be seen on the bill. Front desk staff at night incompetent and mostly incoherent. Took 45 for shuttle even after she says he's on his way over 20 minutes ago. Mind you this is 1.3 miles away. Room is hot and stuff at 76 degrees. Cooling didn't work. Had to call maintenance.. Will never return.

It did everything an airport hotel should - the shuttle came fairly quickly to collect me and returned me the next morning, the room was clean and the breakfast was ok. The people were all very pleasant and helpful. Like most airport hotels it was expensive for the standard of accommodation. The Hilton App had made a song and a dance about an upgraded room which did not materialise - unless a bog standard room, opposite the hotel laundry and with a fine view of the light rail counts as an upgrade :) I would have considered it walkable from the light rail station if I had fewer bags; would estimate less than 10 minutes.

We booked out reservation through ParkSleepFly site which offered hotel stay and extended parking. A mostlyu clean hotels although there was mold in the bathroom (see photo) The site oversells parking as when we arrived at 4:00 PM there were no parking spaces available so people parked in the traffic and fire lanes. The quick breakfast was OK.
