My flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.

Shuttle arrived quickly and the driver was amazing. Checkin was easy and wow, the bed was so comfortable!

The front desk lady at morning was so rude I ask to keep my baggage because flight was at evening while i check out time was at 12. She replied we don't have this service but finally she kept my baggage. 

Not such great experience. Not good location also the mats of hotel smelled

The wifi wasn’t working so we went to the reception to check. Lady gave us the technical service telephone number and told us to call and to ask them to fix it.. The trash bin was full in the room with the trash of previous guests..

clean.near the road and noise.service is not good

Ohh the basest front seat ever Ohhh man she was so fucking annoyed I ask her some questions she didn’t even answers me I don’t recommend this hotel at all there many more choices in the area much more cheaper and cleaner , the whole place smells ***** **** all over and the staff is not acceptable at all

The front desk lady checked me in was not accommodating at all. They do not make a list as to who will be taking the shuttle at a certain time. So when I get to take the shuttle it was packed. It made me missed my report time at the airport for work.

Mixed feelings here, customer service at the front desk was stellar, they also offer a free shuttle to the airport thays available 24 hours. The rooms were comfortable but there were some downsides. No mini fridge in the room was a bit of an annoyance but not a deal breaker, not sure if thats the standard or if i just arrived when they were replacing them. The room cleanliness needs some work, the bathtub drain was slow and there was hair on the shower wall that looked suspiciously like *****, not impressed with that. But, the beds were comfortable and the Thai restaurant downstairs had some pretty good food, a little over priced but when you're only in Seattle for a night you're paying for the convenience. I'd stay here again but I'd really hope they figure out how to clean a bathroom.

The check in women pm was a black women wearing glasses and was the most miserable unfriendly and a shocking ambassador for Ramada Rude is understatement.If I was the manager I would not advocate a disciplinary I would fire her on the spot

This place was really clean and centrally located. It was a quick ride to the airport

Really depends on the room you get. Some are better than others.
