Moxy Seattle Downtown

Very cool lobby with fun games decor . Rooms tiny without any simple amenities like water or coffee. Coffee pump pots in lobby empty. Says pet friendly but not so much also charged 50$ for puppy Staff young and nice enough but kind of lazy. Mixed review.

First time staying at Moxy. Loved Seattle Moxy. Great room with nice views -lived the whole eclectic vibe with games and different seating, BUT most of all the staff was the best - especially Nataly and Elijah and Giselle. Every request was met with a smile and over the top service! One of our best ever stays.

The staff was genuinely friendly and very accommodating, which made the stay feel easy and welcoming from the start. Elijah greeted us when we arrived and was able to check us in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. Since it was our first time in Seattle, he also helped move us to a room with a better city view, which was such a thoughtful touch. I loved the 24/7 hot tea in the lounge, a small detail but honestly one of my favorite perks. The lobby has fun, interesting events that give the hotel personality, and the decor is super cute and modern. The marketplace has a solid selection of snacks, including health conscious options, which I really appreciated. The location is also a huge plus. It’s very central and close to great restaurants, and they even provide a list of local restaurant recommendations curated by employees, which felt thoughtful and personal. They even give you tokens for a welcome Drink! Overall, great vibes, great service, and a smart, well designed space. I’d definitely stay here again.
