Location perfect, however facility extremely run down. I’m home suffering with welts from the hot tub. No hot water in shower. No one available to fix. Charged for parking by hotel and “ separate company” for parking. Two night stay and now I’ll have to spend hours on the phone to have my billing adjusted hoping I’ll be successful. Disappointing, disappointing, disappointing.

It was a good hotel with great people at the front desk and very accommodating. We had a good time.

Hotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed. My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too. Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.

This hotel is located between the station and the space needle. It was convenient for our trip. The hotel was clean and quiet, so we enjoyed staying there.

The room is very clean and tidy, and the service staff are very polite and willing to help us, give directions and put luggage, etc.

The sink and bathtub didn't drain well, so it was very inconvenient to the point of wanting to move the hotel. It was to the point that it was uncomfortable to brush my teeth.

I never appreciate when I book a double room and traveling with my kid that I end up having to take a single room and am told to just pull out the sofa bed for my kid. How come you are never compensated for getting a lesser room? We pulled the sofa bed cushions off and they had bloodstains underneath. I showed the front desk a photo and they told me that "It's ok, it has dried in". My kid also said the sofa was uncomfortable. He was also grossed out. I asked to move to another room and the person helping kinda acted like I was complaining about something. I will not be staying here again.

Well run. Only exception was breakfast. Waited 10 minutes prior to being served then left after 20 minutes more. Only one waitress for a very busy Restraunt is not good business. I left and went to a bagel place.

price for what the actual hotel is is insane. 200 a night for no hot water in the shower, a bed and towels with stains, and coffee stains splashed all over the wall and floorboards? the tiles coming out from the ceiling in the shower with a hole cut around the fire sprinkler? I would save your money and find somewhere else. the staff were super nice except for one lady but that was pretty much the only good thing about this place. it's just a 2 star hotel decorated in 4 star looks.

Sink does not drain. No linen/bedding for the pull out bed. Helpful night staff. Doesn't feel super clean.

Convenient location near Pike Place Market, but there is not much in the immediate area of the hotel. I was unable to easily get a bottle of water or a snack as there isn't a sundry or vending area available. Some parts of the room didn't seem very clean. Beds were nice and the restaurant onsite had decent food. Not a terrible experience, but I wouldn't stay again.
