Checked in late night with two staff at the reception. Both were chatting loudly with one playing her phone even though I was asking questions. Didn’t seem interested in their job. Bed sheet provided for sofa bed is yellowish and smelled funny. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful though.

Bad breakfast

The hotel is located in the urban area, more than 10 minutes' walk from the Starbucks Reserve store. The entrance to Highway 5 is nearby, making it convenient for self-driving. The room is large and suitable for family travel, with a microwave and refrigerator. Because it's close to the highway, it's a bit noisy outside at night.

The room is of good size and the location is good. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Pike Place Market and Space Needle. It is clean and sanitary. The breakfast is average with few varieties.

Although it's outside of downtown, I really liked the clean accommodation, friendly staff, and rich breakfast👍

2 light bulbs in the room were burnt out but other than that it was perfect Also, the bath, bed, etc. were very clean and clean.

The parking is too expensive at 40 dlls per night The other thing is the breakfast was nearly the same every day . We stayed 5 nights and would like to eat at least 2 different kind of food

The location was perfect for our needs. It was a 3 minute walk from our destination. Staff was friendly. Check in was simple and parking was convenient. Our room was larger than expected with a nice layout.

Suites were modern and very comfortable. The amenities were great and breakfast was delicious! I would recommend this place.

The breakfast staff targeted and singled us out being very rude and ruined our stay. They changed our mind and we checked out right away. We did not feel safe or welcomed at this hotel another day with those staff. The manager on call that day witnessed and agreed we were mistreated. They included a note in our reservation and gave us names of all the rude staff members. Our families and little kids left breakfast and checked out.

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and clean. The room was large and spacious. The bathrooms were modern and clean. With little kids, the free breakfast was a plus. There was a lot of options (eggs, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, sausage) and we all enjoyed it. The location is a bit of a walk from the Light Link (15 minutes) and about 15-20 minutes to the Space Needle and Pike's Place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
