I was excited to stay at this Silver Cloud having visited other locations around Seattle several years ago. Overall, it was fine. There was an issue with honoring the room type on my reservation, but that may have been the fault of the third-party I booked through. The room was well furnished. Breakfast was a bit picked over each day, even when we got there at 9am. It wasn't the same breakfast I had come to expect from Silver Cloud, but it was sufficient. The location was conveniently located next to the lake and the Silver Lake Street Car ($2.50 to downtown).

Friendly staff and very comfortable room. Very quiet hotel and was very close to my family. I would stay at this hotel again.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard items but plenty to choose from.

Rooms have multiple versions so make sure you are getting what you are expecting. I booked a room for a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. First room I was put in didn’t have a fireplace. Had to be relocated to a different room.

If you are in this area, the ‘Cloud’ is the best. Staff is always friendly, efficient & helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. What more could you want.

Had to get a hotel at the last minute and this hotel was the absolute BEST! The employees at the front desk were consistently fantastic with their service and the room was AMAZING!! So tidy and clean. I Definitely will come again in the future!
