The hotel has a good location, a grand exterior and lobby, but the room facilities are old, especially the bathroom, which is not as well equipped as domestic guesthouses. The toiletries are too ordinary, and the carpet and bedding in the room have obvious stains. The coffee pot is not clean, and the hair dryer is a low-quality product that has been eliminated in China long ago, which completely damages the Sheraton brand. The most incredible thing is that when you book a room for three people, you only get one bottle of free mineral water (later you get two bottles upon request when you check out), otherwise you will be charged $3 per bottle! Disposable slippers are not provided (I don’t know if it is a standard feature of hotels in Seattle). In short, the price-performance ratio is too low!

The bath tub is clogged during our first day here. We called the room service and the staff quickly came here and fixed everything. I am giving 5/5 for the service. The view outside the window is nice.

The location is very good, the front desk is very friendly, and there is a free bottle of water every day. The breakfast is inconvenient. You can either exchange for a simple meal at Starbucks or pay $34 for a buffet breakfast with nothing. There are Haidilao and Din Tai Fung nearby, which is quite convenient.
