This is the second time from my business trip.
It’s not as good as my first visit as I ring and wait for 1 hour to get phone replied.
The worker said, you can coming downstairs I am busy

Surely I can come downstairs but I should be also have a choice to get phone answered and solve the issue I have about the room

The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, Pike Place Market, the Chihuly Garden and Glass, other museums, and Pacific Place, all within a 10-minute walk. The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were decent. Housekeeping cleaned daily and changed towels, but the sheets weren't changed during my 5-day stay. Perhaps because it's winter, it felt like there weren't many guests, and the staff seemed a bit understaffed. The air conditioning had some issues, and it took two calls before someone came to fix it. However, overall I was satisfied, and it offers great value for money. It's suitable for family travel.

I paid $300 for the worst room at this price.
❌not king size: not even enough space to put a couch as shown in the advertised photos
❌sky view: half of the view was blocked by 2 big pillars. I gave the only picture I took cus I was so fed up and wanted to get over with it.
❌toilet cover was replaced with a wring model so it wasn’t fit at all.
❌paper thin wall: I could hear the next room had their great night and snored afterwards.

I'm not sure why this hotel has such low ratings; I actually think it's a really great place. If I ever come back to Seattle, I'd definitely stay here again 👍 The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, and it was incredibly quiet. Overall, it felt very comfortable and cozy. The transportation is extremely convenient; aside from taking an Uber to Bruce Lee's grave, I could walk to every other attraction in Seattle. Pike Place Market is right around the corner, just a right turn from the hotel 🌹 Oh, and there's also a fantastic Vietnamese pho place nearby that I highly recommend 😋 I'd suggest this hotel to all visitors coming to Seattle – it's truly excellent 😎 I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM that day, and the front desk let me check in right away, which was so nice 😊 Plus, every guest gets a complimentary glass of wine 🍷 or cocktail 🍹 from the restaurant, which you can enjoy anytime. I believe this hotel deserves a rating of 4.8 or higher.

The stay here was good, great location so close to pike place so lots of choices of food and drink.
I will say our heater in our room was not working. I had it turned up to 78 and it was showing the room was getting colder and colder going from 65 to 63.
