It's ok. It does the job. It's a 4 stars hotel in downtown Seattle with good location.

Booked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel. Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.

Very clean and I like the interior. The candies and snacks prepared at the check-in front desk helped relieve fatigue, and I had a problem with my reservation, but the staff did their best to help. The temperature of the pool water (slightly salted like seawater) was just right, the sauna facilities were good, and the items in the shower room were carefully prepared. The exercise equipment in the gym is kept clean, and it's nice to have a separate yoga room. The amenities in the room seemed to be prepared for one person, but they were all brought upon request, plenty of clean towels, comfortable beds and chairs, and mosaics on the window in front of the shower room.
