Terrible experience. Felt unsafe. Location is too far. Difficult transportation

Overall pretty expensive for what you get. The staff was nice but it’s right next to the airport so it’s pretty loud.

When I arrived at 1130 pm, the room was 78 degrees in the room. The air was on low, no matter how high you put it on. I calledtge office and he said there is nothing wrong with it. When i asked for a refund, he said he couldn't, because it wasnt within 24 hours. It took 3 hours to cool off. I was unable to sleep.

It's just a motel, not an inn. It's really bad. The breakfast is just a lie. It's just a piece of bread.

The room facilities are pretty good, but it's very noisy. It's very close to the highway with cars coming and going, and the sound insulation is not good. The breakfast was very poor, but everything else was fine.

This hotel is really nice, it looks a bit like a motel, but the service is very good, the breakfast is delicious, and the point-to-point shuttle service is fast and efficient.

I can’t boil water myself, but I can go to their office to get hot water. The room is clean and there is a microwave oven. When I left the store, the base of the kettle was missing. I asked them if they didn’t see it. The hotel is very close to the airport. There is a pick-up service at USD 7.45 per car, which is much cheaper than a taxi. About 400 meters away, there is a large supermarket Safeway that has a full range of food, and you can get a discount if you apply for a membership card at the supermarket.

It was an enjoyable stay, staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms have been updated with laminate floors, everything was very clean and well tended, it’s an older building but they are taking good care of it. The heater worked well, actually better than some of the higher end properties I’ve stayed at. The hot water was HOT, made for soothing soaks. The pillows were a little flat, if you are used to firm thick pillows, bring your own. The bedding was nice and clean and comfortable. The price was good and the deposit was very reasonable, unlike several other places I looked at.

In 3 places on the page there are photos of breakfast. " "Motel in De Moines with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk" I was told that there was 'no' breakfast. The staff are kind obviously it is not their fault. Which rooms have free breakfast and which ones do not. Be very clear I will be checking back ! 'Certain room" ? Please correct your ad. If you are cutting costs do not advertise free breakfast be very clear. Which rooms exactly ?

Great place. Simple, but nice. Front desk staff was great! Very friendly and helpful!

We stayed a night, convenient spot to visit mall etc. Breakfast was available, at least a hot cup of tea or coffee and bananas and pastries.

Fine for a night on the road, just what we expected near the airport. Comfortable - only complaint is that the toilet tank top was the wrong size and did not fit the opening so it made noise every time of use. Not a difficult thing to replace!
