Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

The room was filled with glass, had no bathtub, and was far from befitting its star rating. The service was also mediocre and indifferent; the fruit at breakfast was even moldy…

They were very kind and made me feel comfortable. The hotel is new, so it feels clean, and I think it's one of the nicest hotels in Seattle. The view is great and the location is great!

Had a sensational time in Seattle primarily due to staying at the Lotte Hotel. They are service oriented, the rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable ( bed and pillows were amazing), as well as quiet. We had a bay view which was just such a treat. All the staff were friendly and helpful, as well as an amazing guest services connecting visitors to places of interest. Arthur, head of guest services, is a gem. He is friendly and so knowledgeable. He and his crew couldn't have been more well informed and helpful. We also dined at the restaurant and had two charming servers, Jason and Shane. Both were appropriately chatty and very professional. Skilled in their work and how to connect with customers- an art form, really. The food was excellent. The bar and lounge area are perfect for a happy hour drink or taking a breather from sightseeing. This is the only hotel I will stay in when visiting Seattle.

Nice new hotel in the downtown area of Seattle. Lobby is on 16th floor. Our bayside room was wonderful. The bar and food area on 16 were also very nice. Of course, the valet parking is pricey but Arthur and Randy at the front door made everything comfortable. Arthur actually drove us over to the Space Needle for dinner and gave us a mini tour of downtown on the way. Nice guy. High recommendation from my experience.

We enjoyed the service, the room and the breakfast at the Lotte. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. This included the check in staff, the two drivers we used, Arthur and Rusty, as well as the wait staff. We enjoyed happy hour in the bar area and had breakfast both days we were there. The breakfast was great with the view, service and food. WE had a Deluxe Bay View room and it was clean, comfortable and bright. The view was great of the city and the bay. I would definitely stay again and I recommend it highly.

It was a beautiful, comfortable room and everyone was so welcoming! The town car ride to the train station was a cherry on top. Looking forward to my next visit!
