I have known this hotel since 10 years and stay here on my business visits. The hotel was very good in its earlier location. After shifting to new location, it seems, the management has also changed. First of all it is not a 3 star hotel. My 3 star is for its location. Recently, management has completely lost interest in maintaining the rooms. Floors damaged, dirty linens, flushes in bath rooms not working, dirty bath rooms, you have to use tumbler for wash, fans not working in lifts, dirty walls all around..... The breakfast they offer is cold, no place to sit. The adjoining place you have to have sit is so dirty, tables have no covers. This breakfast is not worth Rs. 50 available in Sandarshini restaurant nearby. Recently they have closed the restaurant also. Entire shift has gone to corporate meetings. I dont recommend to stay in this hotel. My last stay here.

Ms Raani showed me room no 303 and in night Mr Kishore gave me the worst room 207, AC not working, staff is not at all supportive, all are liers . They reduced the price but one can live in doormetry also if price would be issue, we did not ask for a single penny discount .

This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible…...front desk guys kishore were worst and indifferent. and they have no consideration… Bad behavior by staff, bad impression. This kind of misbehavior not good for hotel business and also for the image of nation. Staff should be educated.
