酒店位置不在鎮中心 需要觀山景是不錯的選擇 房間面積非常大 就房費而言 性價比尚屬較高了 我們入住酒店退房時 遺落了無線耳機在房間 之後很快聯繫前台 前台也快速響應了回覆 客房打掃找到後立馬就安排快遞寄回了 感謝扎西老闆的全程服務 讓旅程沒有因失物而破壞心情 非常感覺酒店的工作人員們

這家酒店很差，入住的房間衞生間房門關不上洗澡水搞的衞生間全是水都快流出來睡覺的地方，其次辦入住的時候問前台能不能進佛學院，旁邊坐着一個男的説可以，然後問多少一個人，答200，我們以為是坐汽車去佛學院，然後實際上是帶我們坐摩的從後山走，實際上坐摩的衹要100到150，等於酒店前台賺了個差價，現在準備像色達文旅局投訴此事，難怪前台讓我不要跟摩的師傅説多少錢，原來在這賺差價，聊天記錄，掃碼付款記錄，入住記錄都有，準備去色達文旅局投訴這個酒店這樣惡劣的賺差價，200一個人是坐車去佛學院的價格，但是他們給我們派一個摩託車，很危險，而且讓我們凌晨4點起床去跟摩的師傅匯合，不是不讓你們賺這個錢，而是説好的200就要坐汽車進去，這家酒店有很大的安全隱患，證據記錄已經在手，投訴整改
